Mak oouih, banyaknya lauk..tapi paling glemer sambal lobster...adoi...nak sepinggan dari you and mallan boleh tak?? Best betul you all punya menu. You masak apa untuk bbq party besok? Cheese cake buat tak?

Memang pun...makin mengembang badan sejak dua minggu ni..hmmm I wonder why (buat-buat tak tau pulak ) Tapi pagi tadi masa menggelek dough untuk puff pastry ni, rasa sengal bahagian perut...macam buat abs excercise...I cakap kat hb tak payah pergi gym lagi, just give something to roll.

Kawan-kawan silalah jemput minum petang..

Cali you buat your own puff pastry dough... cayalah.  Saya cuma takat uli capati dough je.

Croissant with chocolate filling tu my favourite.. lapar lah pulak.

My first timelah Tillingtan..punyalah susah nak roll the dough, bagai nak patah tangan....Uli capati pun okay what..tadi i buat baguette using capati punya tepung. I tengah makan satu choc croissant..I'm thinking of youlah...eh baby sihat ke?

I buat nasi goreng, karipap, lasagna, potato salad....esok buat vege and fruit salad kat ofis. Pastu bbq wings, lamb dan sausages. I tak buat cheesecake. Just buttery orange cake dan choc caramel tarts.

Memang dah lama you tak buat roti kan Plat..so this is the time..nanti jangan lupa snap few photos ya. Ni baru siapkan pre-cook wholemeal baguette untuk lunch besok, I guna tepung chapati..

I pun suka kacang dgn nasi lemak, cali. The rest of my family tak pulak. Talking about sambal berkacang ni, teringat pulak makan seafood celup tepung cicah dengan sos cili berkacang. Pernah try tak? Masa I kecik2 dulu, ada satu brand cili sos Aminah something, sos cili berkacang. Yummy betul.

Mak Nyah I suka buat sambal sotong kering gini. Letak kacang. Mmg ku tunggu2 kedatangan nye tu. Nasib baik gak anak dia tinggal kat S.Jaya dkt ngan my house. So kalau dia buat, pasti dia post sikit kat rumah I. Mmg specialty dia ni.

My anak2 makan nasi lemak. Omar dia kalau makan bubuh sambal sikit sbb dia mmg suka yg pedas2 tu. Tapi berulang ngan air la. Hana lak nasi kosong ngan timon dan ikan bilis. Kira semalam lunch ok lah.

Sambal kerang tu mahal. Dah berapa lama you tak makan kerang ni?

Dulu2 kat SJ every weekend ada makcik ngan pakcik jual nasi lemak kat rumah I. Sambal kerang dia mmg I tak miss. Sedap. Lepas tu lama betul tak de lagi. Rupa2 nye makcik tu dah meninggal. So stop lah sambal sotong dia sekejap until anak dia take over. Tapi sambal dia tak se tarap ngan mak dia punya sambal sotong.

Lepas tu pulak kat Shah Alam pulak dkt ngan Selangor Medical Centre ada pulak satu kedai jual nasi lemak ngan sambal sotong dia. Boleh katakan tiap2 hari I beli lepas hantar husband kerja. Nasib baik gak tak gedempol badan. Masa tu tgh pregnant lak. So adalah excuse kan.

Oh yeah, Aminah Hassan! A'ah, sedap makan dengan tahu sumbat, keropok, seafood goreng tepung, dll. Pastu hilang pulak brand tu, kena bought out by company lain kot.

I baru search dlm tenet yg co. ni masih lagi wujud. Cuma sekarang ni anak dia yg control. so I think sos kacang dia masih ada lagi lah tu.

I terjumpa gak this online shop yg jual produk Aminah Hassan. Tapi tak de pulak sos kacang. Kalau ada teringin gak nak order.
Cuba you jengok kalau ada masa lah.
