heheheh lupe nak cakap kat korang....hari ni memang TAKMO diet!!

so sekarang tgh bedal mihun goreng...karang lunch plan nak makan  chicken fajitas lak...malam karang...ayak ni tak berdaya..shah rukh khan tu suruh buat capati ngan dal aar!! aiseyman...jadi balik aku bini bengali!!

Aqia,

Swift memang motivator yang bagus.
If ada apa-apa yang rasa lemah semangat pasal diet ni...tanya akak swift tu.

So....selalulah jenguk thread ni....baca thread kengkawan yang lain...cara-cara diaorang amik kalori....

Sesekali terhancus tu.....dah adat lah...

Jangan putus asa....anggap kita semua sedang bersungguh-sungguh
untuk mencapai matlamat yang kita mau...

Ajarlah kitaorang resepi buat capati...and kuah dal skali...

Kitaorang nak tukar diet resepi...la


Tapi capati dengan kuah dal tu banyak kabo...

Untuk orang yang dah lepas pantang..atkin tu dah leh makan kabo kan?????

Nak tambah skit isi motivasi cik swift tu... jgn lupa exercise at least 30 min per day... buat ringan 2 jer.. brisk walking ke, skipping ke... kalo x larat.. mulakan ngan 10 min.. pastu naikkan 15 min dan seterusnya...

kitorg kat sini ramai bleh tolong bakarkan semangat, kasi idea, resipi.. tapi pucuk pangkal pada awak... kene ada matlamat...

ps: aku dah leh pakai blouse yg dah lebih setahun terpesok kat lemari aku.. :clap: and im purple today!!! :music:

ko nak ke khaleeda? senang sesangat...aku sambil pejam mate pun leh buat!! cewah lagak lagi tu!! mula2 kawin dulu buat..kalau baling kat dinding..dinding aku yg retak..capati tu sikit tak terusik...sekarang ni ok ler..lepas byk kali trial and error.

org lepas pantang capati boleh makan...lagi senang utk melawaskan pembuangan..sbb wheat flour ape...tapi dal tak galakan sbb dal angin..so makan ler dgn lain..kari pun boleh...sardin ke..sambal ke...ikut suke aarr

eh lupo plak nak update menu gua :gila:

dinner smlm:
masak kicap taugeh, kobis, tauhu & telur (taruk sos tomato skit + air supaya berkuah) <<<---  bleh la tiru sesapa nak.. sedap wooo!

:dia: breakfast:
- 2 keping roti bakar wholemeal & planta
- segelas susu anlene

:dia: lunch karang:
- ikan siakap grill (diperap ngan minyak bijan, bwg putih, halia, serbuk black pepper & kunyit idop) cicah asam kicap
- tempe & ikan bilis goreng

aku rasalah kan.. lepas ni bleh la kasi resipi skali ape yg korang mkn tu.. bleh la ikut.. cam aku dah buat kat menu atas ni.. amcam?:cak:

aku selalu nye bwk bekal for lunch. jd mlm2 preparekan bahan2 semua.. mcm ikan nak gril tu mlm dah perap dah.. siap2 bungkus ngan daun pisang.. sok pagi just grill.. sambil tu bleh la buat bende lain, goreng sayur ke.. ape ke... kdg2 jer kuar mkn.. kat cyberjaya ni mkn mahal..:geram:  baik tapou dari rumah...  :pmuka:

\ciss lepas bace balik khaleeda nyer message baru sedar...ape ler buduh blurr aku ni pagi2....ok faham dah...lepas

kalau betul2 ikut diet atkins...first phase is induction <--ni 2 minggu, phase ni betul try to eliminate sugar dgn carbo.

then after 2 weeks ni 'ongoing weight loss" in this regime kite dah boleh add a bit more of carbo intake..tapi make sure kite create sendiri punye CCLL (Critical Carbohydrate Level for Losing), this is important kalau kite nak continuously sustained weight loss.

CCLL ni kite buat sendiri punye analysis...meaning..what kinda of food yg tolong kite turun kan berat badan cepat. carbo in which food yg menyekat kite nyer weight loss...so base on this...kite dah boleh juggle which menu is good and which is bad..

phase 2 ni..kite boleh go on as long as possible sampai dah dapat ideals weight then go with phase 3..selalu nyer org juggle between phase 2 and 3 jer...

later kite swap recipes from atkins then kite tailored to our local taste ek?

haa tu lerrr! bagus la idea tu...!:ketuk: last week aku buat ikan salmon bakar.. ade plak member opis ni berkenan suh aku buatkan utk dia.. sanggup bayar tu.. tu yg dok meng grill 2 ikan tu.. siakap & salmon td pagi...

alahhhhhhhh meh sini nak bagi resepi buat capati..lembut dan sedap yum yum yum..kalau tak sedap kire tangan korang tu yg bengkok lol

bahan2:

tepung atta (ayak)
butter (prefer mother's choice sentiase lembut)


cara2:

sukatan : 1 cawan tepung atta = 3/4 cawan air

air : masak air dalam periuk bile dah mendidih taruk satu sudu butter, then biar sebati sikit

lepas tu campur air dlm tepung atta yg dah di ayak...gaul ngan sudu sbb panas..kalau tangan korang heatproof then gaul ngan tangan.

gaul sampai sebati....bile dah sejuk sikit..gaul ngan tangan...kire uli ler dlm 5 minit...pastu buat bulat2 (saiz ikut suke hati, nak kecik ke besar)

time nak uli tu.....ambik seketul...celup dlam tepung atta lagi...(tepung atta untuk celup ni tak yah ayak)...lepas tu roll ler dgn rolling pin buat bentuk...jgn nipis sangat, jgn tebal sangat...agak2 jer..lepas tu masak dlm...non-stick wok....lebih kurang 2-3 minit..balik2 kan ler kang hangus lak sebelah...tempat yg roll tepung tu..tabur tepung sikit kang melekat nasib korang ler!!

voila! dah siap!!, my husband paling fav..makan dgn dal (kacang hijau), sardin ngan cottage cheese plain

aik!!! alih2 nama aku plak naik...:kerek:

aku suka beli capati instant tu jerr... hihih.. pastu aku masak dlm 2-3 minit pastu taruk sayur campur yg telah di chop2.. pastu taruk mayo skit & cili sos.. gulung cam popia.. pastu ngap!!!!! mmg the very delicious nye... :pompom:

sayur tu aku taruk kobis, salad, carrot semua dihiris halus2...
dah buat tu jgn lupe jemput aku... :bodek:
