I baru search dlm tenet yg co. ni masih lagi wujud. Cuma sekarang ni anak dia yg control. so I think sos kacang dia masih ada lagi lah tu.

I terjumpa gak this online shop yg jual produk Aminah Hassan. Tapi tak de pulak sos kacang. Kalau ada teringin gak nak order.
Cuba you jengok kalau ada masa lah.

Staff tak ramai kat office. Yg permanent cuma 10 orang. Travelling techs and engineers pulak biasanya dalam 4 orang. Bertukar ganti.

BBQ tu we all buat setiap 3rd Friday. Bukan utk staff aje tapi we all invite some friends and local communities.

As long as I can. I tak berapa suka tengok tv. Tidur dan baring siang hari jauh sekali. So most of the time I lepak kat kitchen....it's my lab utk buat experiments. Sambil masak boleh bertenet jugak or do reading while waiting.

Seriously, nak masak sekejap je...setakat nak buat sambal kerang tu...rebus, kopek kerang, buat sambal...all in about 40 mins. Sambil tunggu rebus kerang boleh tanak nasi lemak dan goreng ayam. Nasi lemak lagi senang....just 5 mins preparation. Bahan2 semua dah ada kat dlm fridge. So main campak2 aje la.

I ingat sos ni, time sekolah menengah dulu, tiap petang mesti goreng keropok cicah sos aminah..sedap betul..minum dengan teh o panas....

Setiap 3rd Friday we all organise BBQ kat office. My hb is the head of this company. So dia nak kena create and maintain good relationship with friends and local community. Especially when the company's business involves the locals and their businesses. Staff cuma ada 10 - 14 at most of the times. Guest pulak we all jemput dalam 20 - 30 org. Some of them memang regular...8 org. Tiap kali BBQ mesti invite.

I ambik alih bab memasak ni sebab nak pastikan semuanya halal dimakan dan juga extra income for me. Company bayar AU10/person. So kalau 35 org dapat I pocket money AU350. Bahan2 masak semua company bayar. Masa yg I spent utk memasak pun kira masa I bekerja. So gaji tetap jalan..

Bestnya, cooking is your passion and on top of that you are paid for it..bilalah I boleh sampai tahap buat catering macam you Plat. Kalau kat france tu bolehlah, orang panchis tak tau real taste boleh cendekel sikit...

Kerang mahal kat aussie. Kalau tak silap sekilo AU6.40. Tu berat kulit je. Tapi sebab my anak nak makan sangat nasi lemak dgn sambal kerang. So I belilah.

Before this, last sekali I makan kerang masa balik puasa dan raya kat Malaysia tahun 2006.

Kat Maaysia dulu I paling suka beli nasi lemak dgn sambal kerang dan sambal sotong kering.......

Baby now makin sihat. She was admited sbb bilirubin high. After phototherapy she is better. Lak pulak kena virus and satu family kena muntah muntah and berak lagjuuuuu...
