memula tuang adunan cheese, pastu sudukan fillings sket..
last skali cheese..kalau nk swirl, amik fillings sahaja dan bukan dgn buah pastu sudukan sket je kat atas..
boh kat tgh2 pastu amik lidi or tooth pick tuu pastu swirl laa..kalau buh buah, mmg tak boleh nk swirl sebab tak bergerak.

Tp kalo nak bakar tart shell dulu, maisya boleh cuba. Batter kek tu mmg pekat, rasanya x lama dia masak.
Kena buat eksperimen dulu le gamaknya. |

Boleh aje ninoz ikut memana resepi. Kero suka tart base yg ada almond, tp kekadang cuba jugak resepi lain.
Yg blom cuba tart yg ada chocolate filling. nanti nak cari resepi yg ok. |

Dedulu you boleh beli lemon meringue pie ni kat Coffee Bean atau kat Suchan kedai kek tu. Tapi skrg tak tau lah. Kkdg org tak suka makan sebab a bit masam2 gitu. Tapi yg I buat ni tak masam sgt. Tu pun depend ngan resipi jugak lah. |

I suka rasa masam2 ni.Kalau pergi Secret Receipi without fail I will order raspberry cheesecake sebab dia yg rasa masam2 manis tu.

Sugar Dough (as basis for all tart pastry)
250g butter
100g icing sugar
1 'B' egg
450g plain flour
Filling
250g Philadelphia cream cheese
50g gula caster
25g butter
1 'B' egg

Nak masak tu senang. Tapi leceh time nak coordinate dan assemble tart tu sbb kena buat pastry dulu, lepas tu kena buat lemon curd filling dan meringue dia. Nanti I tulis. I pakai dari 2 recipes sbb satu tu pastry dia sedap tapi filling dia too tarty/sour. Satu lagi lak pastry dia tak sedap, filling/curd dia sedap. Kena bukak dua buku dulu. OK. |
