Mallan awak dulu duk kat subang jaya ke? Tahun berapa and sek berapa? macam lah sunag j tu kecik je..

Abang sulung suka sangat sbb dapat adak perempuan and dia saya sekali. Abang ngah pulak... ignoring his sister and also his mother.    . I guess it will take sometime for him to adjust and I am not pressing on. Dulu he is mummys child sekarang ni... daddys child.

Kesiannya baby, tapi it's quite normal baby ada ni. My anak-anak memang kena masa baru lahir. You all kena gastro enteritis ke? Masa kat france dulu, our peditrician suruh minum coke untuk cuci perut, memang okay lepas tu

Hari ni teringin makan salad, jaga badan

This salad is one of my favourite. Really easy and a hit at any party. It is different since it use Mee Maggie or they call it Ramen in US.

I duduk kat subang jaya since 1986 ke apa. Tapi tak sekolah kat sana. I sekolah kat KL, MGSKL. Napa? you tinggal kat situ ke?
Entah2 pernah jumpa masa beli nasi lemak ke apa. My house kat SS18.

Abg sulung tak kisah lah kan. Tapi yg pernah jadi adik mesti dia rasa tersipi. tapi nasib baik gak daddy dia lebih-lebih tunjuk manja2 kat dia. Sooner or later, elok lah dia. Tapi org kata yg middle mmg selalu gitu. Ye lah, diaorg ni tak besar dan tak jugak yg bongsu. So kena lebih bising, lebih demanding sikit.

Mallan, you MGSKL tamat Form Five tahun bila? I pun dulu sekolah KL...boarding school. Selalu pi MGSKL dengan Convent Bukit Nenas training gymrama.

Hari ni bawak anak2 naik boat pergi Island about 20mins offshore. Selalu jugak ke sana. Anak2 snorkelling. I ngan hb fishing. Dapat ikan herrings, garfish dan selar. Herrings tu I ambik isi untuk buat keropok lekor.






Inilah dia my homemade keropok lekor untuk snack petang ni....

Plat, nak sebatang keropok lekor - tu my fav (bebudak pun jugak) - kalau takda tepung sagu boleh pakai tepung apa ya? Nanti kasi resepi boleh tak..btw leceh tak nak buat? Itu dia soalan saya ahkak Plat...

I tgk resepi2 keropok lekor ni semuanya guna tepung sagu dan tepung ubi. Tak tau la kalau ada resepi yg tak guna tepung sagu.

Heheee.....sedapnya kopok lekor....ni dahlah tengah lapar...tak lunch lagi pulak tu menangis tengok tau...

Kat sini tak pernah jumpa tepung sagu, tepung ubi & tepung pulut tu adalah. Tanya kat mak tadi dia kata dia pun tak tau kalau tak letak nanti jadi apa...Kalau sagu yang biji-biji tu kita blender tak boleh ke? Ni dah kes extreme betul...

Resepi Keropok Lekor Perantau

Bahan-bahan:
12 ekor ikan herring - kembung dan ikan2 lain pun blh... ikut suka
300 gm tepung sagu
100 gm tepung ubi
3 sk garam
1 sk gula pasir

Cara-cara:
1. Bersihkan ikan - Buang kulit ikan dgn mengoyakkan kulit dr kepala hingga ke ekor. Fillet ikan. Potong isi ikan dari ekor ke arah kepala. Ambil isi ikan sahaja. (Sila refer gambar2 yg I paste tu).
2. Potong isi ikan kecil2 supaya mudah utk di blend. Blend isi ikan hingga hancur. Kalau guna blender kena taruk air skit. Kalau tak nanti blade tak blh pusing.
3. Selepas blend kesemua isi ikan, masukkan tepung sedikit2 ke dlm bekas yg mengandungi ikan. Gaul sehingga ke semua tepung habis.
4. Masukkan garam dan gula.
5. Ambil sedikit adunan keropok dan gentel di atas papan (I buat 60g tiap satu). Ulang sampai habis.
6. Panaskan air di dalam periuk. Masukkan keropok setelah air mendidih.
7. Angkat keropok setelah ia timbul pada permukaan (bila timbul tandanya dah masak- about 6 mins). Biarkan sejuk sebentar.
8. Potong ikut suka dan goreng.

Tepung sagu ni ada yg panggil Sago Palm Flour, Sago Flour. Product Jepun pun ada Warabi Mochi Ko.

Cuba u skodeng internet. Mungkin ada nama lain untuk tepung sagu ni. Manalah tau kot2 kedai tu ada jual tepung sagu tapi org kat kedai tu tak tau sebab guna nama lain.

Kat supermarket dah habis I tengok, kat kedai india kat rumah ni pun takda. Takpa petang karang I buat satu round lagi kat sana..kot kot i tak perasan. Thank you ya Plat, kopok dah habis ke belum? Hb you suka tak? Hb I suka yang udang dengan sayur aje, ikan dia tak sentuh langsung.

Ramen Noodle Salad

Plat, Cali and others yang berminat...this is easy and delicious Pat...all veges are raw, basuh dan tos dulu the veges before potong kecik2. Kalau basah keringkan atas paper towel.

Ramen Noodle Salad

I small bunch brocolli, cut in small pieces
1 head romaine lettuce, cut in small pieces
5 tbs chopped green or red onion
6 tbs butter or margarine
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
3/4 cup sliver almonds (kalau tak de pun tak pe)
1-2 packages mee segera (break into small pieces)

Dressing
1/2 cup Canola Oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1 1/2 tsp soya sauce

Saute sunflower seeds, almonds and noodle pieces in butter or margarine until brown.

For dressing:
Mix oil, sugar, vinegar and soya sauce.

Mix dressing, vegetable mixture and salad about 20 minutes before serving. If you mix it too early, it will gets soggy. Enjoy!
