Jrocker Gackt and singer-actress ICONIQ are reported to be dating according to the June 22nd issue of FRIDAY tabloid.
The said tabloid published a report stating that the two were spotted dining at a French restaurant for three hours and were seen embracing before they parted ways. Gackt and ICONIQ reportedly met at "a-nation" festival last year and have just began dating recently.
Their respective agencies neither confirmed nor denied the report.

GACKT Accused Of Evading Taxes And Having An Illegitimate Child Overseas
The multi-talented former vocalist of Malice Mizer has never revealed his true profile, and with a mysterious aura around him, is a celebrity in the world of show business. For the ambiguity in GACKT's accumulated fortune, the Tokyo Regional Taxation Bureau was obligated to open an investigation into his finances. When they did, it became evident that GACKT has a mistress and an illegitimate child overseas.
On August 28th, officials from the taxation bureau, inspected his apartment, known for being the head office for GACKT's entertainment business, Godey Holdings, as well as his and his family's home.
A friend of GACKT's stated, "The officers not only did a complete investigation of the company, but also of GACKT’s home, and even confiscated his cell phone. Another friend broke the silence about this detail stating: "About ten years ago, he was in a relationship with an assistant girl who worked on the TBS-kei show, "Wonderful", but when knowledge of her pregnancy came into light, he demanded that she eave Japan, and that he did not acknowledge the child. Instead, he has taken care of them by setting both the girlfriend and child up in a high class condominium in Canada".
Canada and confirmed that the girlfriend does exist.
The investigation started in the early morning, and lasted for a long period of time and along with his cell phone, the officers also confiscated his account book and computer. The investigation started when the tax office realised that he had been evading taxes, and collecting “black money”.
A TV Report recently reported the theories of the investigators: "The girl was pregnant and if it was exposed to the fans that GACKT was a man with a wife and kids it would ruin his image. Worrying about the girl, it was decided that she would be taken care of with a life overseas, and that GACKT would not acknowledge the child".
The woman and child are currently living together in Vancouver in an apartment that costs 400,000 yen a month in rent.
From October, GACKT was scheduled to appear as a regular guest on Kitagawa Keiko's Nippon TV drama, "Akumachan". Will this situation affect his career?

GACKT to lend his voice for Japanese version of 'Silent Hill: Revelation 3D'

GACKT will be lending his voice to the Japanese version of the movie 'Silent Hill: Revelation 3D'.
As previously reported, GACKT is already involved with the movie as his new song, "CLAYMORE", was chosen as its image song. He will further contribute by providing the voice of one of the protagonists from the 'Silent Hill' game series.
GACKT commented on the tie-up, saying, "Through this tie-up, which shares a magical and gothic worldview, I hope that more people will come across my song and this movie."
'Silent Hill: Revelation 3D' will open in theaters nationwide on July 12th. Those who purchase advance tickets at the theater counter will receive a "welcome file" (clear file).
