Inter striker Adriano could face a ban for using his hand to score during yesterday's Milan derby.
The Brazilian was a hero for Jose Mourinho's side as he put them ahead at San Siro, but Milan were livid as the ball made contact with his arm.
Now the Italian Football Federation has announced that the incident will be reviewed by judge Gianpaolo Tosel tomorrow.
Fiorentina hitman Alberto Gilardino was given a two-game ban earlier in the season when he used his arm to score against Palermo.
If referee Roberto Rossetti states that he didn't whistle because Adriano's gesture was involuntary then he won't face action, but if he didn't see the use of a hand then he could be given a two-match suspension.
It would be a substantial blow for Adriano, who had made a case for a regular first-team place with a goal on the biggest of stages.
