kalau nasib baik mungkin ada jual..
tapi tak semua pasar raya ada jual fillings nie..
kalau ada pun mmg mahal untuk satu tin..lebih kurang RM16++

tapi ermmm...boleh juga guna inti cream cheese saja pastu bila dah habih bakar ke semua tart tu..
just drizzle dgn jem biasa yg dicairkan sedikit..ini pendapat saya saja..
ataupun boleh cuba inti coklat atau pun fruit tart..

Lemon Meringue Pie



Sweet shortcrust pastry
(From Donna Hay Modern Classic 2 cookbook)

2 cups plain flour
3 tablespoon caster sugar
150g cold butter, chopped
2-3 tbsp iced water

Process the flour, sugar and butter in a food processor until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs. While the motor is running, add enough iced water to form a smooth dough and process until just combined. Knead the dough lightly, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Roll out the pastry of a lightly floured surface or between sheets of non-stick baking paper until 2-3mm (1/8 in) thick, or whatever thickness required, and line the tart tin.

Preheat the oven to 180 deg C. Place a piece of non-stick baking paer over the pastry and fill with baking weights or uncooked or beans (blind baking). Bake for 10 minutes, remove the weights and bake for a further 10 minutes or until the pastry is golden. Spoon in the filling and bake again as the recipe indicates.

nak tanya pada sapa2 yg tau......kat mana nak beli tart mould yg saiz kecil kat area penang ni...........
imma dah cuba cari kat supermarket tapi yg ada cuma saiz besar.....teringin nak buat mcm kacip and plat buat...
resepi dah ada tapi acuan pulak tak ada.......

finally dah habis baca about tat........daripada page satu sampai last,banyak betul info yg berguna utk org yg tak pernah buat tat.......imma dah beli acuan tat,insyaallah nanti nak buat jugak.......

kacip.......imma dah p beli acuan tu....terima kasih lg sekali pasal bg tau kedai d mana.......
ada la 2-3 barang imma borong kat situ..aduhhhh masuk kedai tu mcm2 benda nak beli
mula tu niat nak beli acuan tart ja last2 terbeli benda lain sama.......... sabar ja lah......

tak apa tanya banyak tak kisah............   imma beli 2 saiz........1 saiz kecil lg satu medium saiz kalau tak salah......yg kecil rm6.5 utk 10pcs....yg medium rm8.5 utk 10pcs.........nanti imma tempek gambar..........
