kak liza (n others jugak)..... please help..
actually rimbun try resepi kak liza... tart telur tu. buat separuh aduann jer. but filling nyer takmo keras lerr. dah try bakar for 10 minutes at 180c.. tak jugak keras, then naik kan api jadi 210c, guna api atas jer sbb kulit nyer dah perang sgt dah... so baru ler agak keras but then bila keluar oven... bahagian tengah tuh masih lg cair...
pastu try jugak masukan dlm peti ais.. tgk pagi nii still cair jugak. camno eks.. agak nyer terkurang tepung ke? sbb rasanyer terlebih ader lerr |

ada dua resepi..satu menggunakan instant custard dan satu lagik buat sendiri kastard..
dua-dua dari Kak Mas..
Filling :-
Melted cooking chocolate - optional
100g instant custard
150g cold water
100g whip cream
Topping :-
Peach, kiwi, grape, pineapple, strawberry, etc
Method :-
Whisk instant custard and cold water until smooth and thick. Add whip cream and mix well.
Brush inside of case with melted chocolate. Pipe cream into case and decorate with fruits on top.
Brush top with apricot glaze.

Bahan-bahan :-
1 tin susu cair
2 tin air
1 cwn gula
1 cwn tepung kastad
2 egg yolk
1 tsp esen vanilla
Cara-cara :-
Combine semua dan masak atas api perlahan. Kacau sepanjang masa sampai pekat. |

you can search the internet for the recipe. i've never heard of the pie before, 1st time tgk nama pie ni from your posting... anyway, i found the recipe from allrecipes.com (from the recipe, i think boil the condensed milk tu, they used bain marie method, to get the toffee) :

INGREDIENTS- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 3 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
READ REVIEWS (51)
DIRECTIONS- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, melted butter or margarine, and ginger until well blended . Press mixture into a 9 inch pie plate. Cool in refrigerator.
- In a sauce pan, boil an unopened can of sweetened condensed milk for 3 hours. Monitor the water closely, to make sure there is always water in the pan. Remove can from heat and let cool for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Open can and pour toffee into pie crust. Allow to cool.
- Slice bananas over toffee.
- Whip 2 cups of cream and spoon it on top of bananas. Refrigerate before serving.
