Lobster memang besar tang kepala. Badan dia kecik skit. Yang berat is the kulit macam most seafood....ketam, kerang, oyster etc....kalau boleh makan kulit kan bagus.... |

I belum pernah buat karipap guna instant pastry. Tapi kakak Melayu yg dok kat my area ni kalau buat karipap mesti guna instant puff pastry. I think buat karipap guna instant shortcrust pun sedap.

Lunch hari ni cuma untuk I dan anak2. Hb pergi kerja sekejap even today is public holiday sempena Australia Day. Actually Aussie Day ni on saturday hari tu tapi ganti dengan today.

BTW I dah try you punya salad recipe tu. Surprisingly I like the taste of raw broccoli..tapi "tertumpah" balsamic pulak...nevermind next time I be careful. Memang sedap, what a change for all the salads yang I dah pernah makan or prepared..TQ again |

You're welcome Cali...sukatan vinegar tu kena ikut, kalau terlebih memang strong sikit, so kadang2 kalau veges tu sikit, jangan put all the dressing, letak sikit2 ikut rasa tekak. Some ppl suka masam, some just right . |
