Di waktu tengahari, pada hari raya smlm, sempat lak menghabiskan stok cream cheese, buat Blueberry Cheese Tart, guna resepi aunty Yochana. Sblm nih pun dah penah buat, bawak mai opis, bg kawan test. dia kata rasanya ok, more cheesy than before. maybe sbb filling nih guna whip cream kot, dats why rasa lebih cream.

Close up selepas masak. Ada plek anak nyamuk buat somersault dlm pastri tu.


Posing ramai2. ada gak yg pecah, maklum ler amatur ... yg pecah tu, dr awal lagi tart casing tu dah retak.

cantik di mata, sedap di mulut, kenyang di perut.
tapi sy lupa lak nk brush dgn apricot glaze. takpe, next time kalu rajin buat lagi, kita kasi make up kilat2.

Apple Crumble Tart
diolah dari resepi Apple Crumble oleh Chanel2004 (ambik kat blog Kacip)

Tart shell:
recipe from 1mas2ra FNR
250g butter
125g icing sugar
1 'B' egg
440g plain flour

1. Pukul butter dgn icing sugar sampai kembang.
2. Masukkan telur, pukul sampai sebati (well mixed).
3. Masuk tepung, gaul hingga rata.
4. Cubit sikit dan tekan dalam tart mould yang telah digris. Pastry tu biar nipis pasal bila bakar ia kembang (tebal), tak sedap pasal tak crunchy. Cucuk-cucuk bahagian dalam mould dengan fork.
5. Bakar 180C untuk 10-12 minit (3/4 masak). Keluar dan ketepikan.(maisya guna suhu 160 C api atas dan bawah)

Filling:
8 biji epal hijau, kupas kulit dan potong dadu
8 sdb gula perang
2 sdt serbuk kulit kayu manis(tak letak)
100 gm kismis/mixed fruits (tak letak)

Cara-cara :-
Cairkan sedikit butter(about 1 sudu besar). Masukkan epal dan gaul rata. Taburkan gula perang , gaul rata. Masak hingga epal lembut dan air hampir kering. Sudukan ke dalam tart shell.

Crumble/Topping :-
100 gm tepung gandum
50 gm tepung naik sendiri
2 sdb tepung kastad
30 gm serbuk badam [ground almond]
150 gm mentega sejuk, potong dadu
120 gm gula

Cara-cara :-
1. Satukan 2 jenis tepung, tepung kastad dan serbuk badam.
2. Masukkan mentega sejuk tadi dan ramas dengan tangan sehingga menjadi 'crumb'.
3. Masukkan gula dan gaul sebati.
4. Sudukan 'crumb' tadi ke atas epal [jgn tekan] sehingga rata dan menutupi keseluruhan epal dan bakar selama 25-30 min atau sehingga bahagian atas menjadi perang keemasan. (maisya guna suhu 160 C, api atas dan bawah...last few minutes guna api atas shj utk bagi garing bahagian atas tu)

tinggal nk beli epal jer..

huhuhu..
tak jadik nak wat mcm maisya..sbbnya doh tuu dah expired! ekeke..
atlast wat mcm biasa punya..tapi crumb mesti garing terlebih baru sedapp..krup krap..
then saya tambah setin kecil nenas yg dah siap dipotong dadu..utk more variety..
best jugak combination epal, nenas dan kismis nie..

saya ada bli filling blueberry....1st time bli so mmg tatau laa camna rupa filliing ni...
dia mcm jem ke...

yg saya bli dia mcm blueberry in syrup....mmg ada buah blueberry sebijik2 lam syrup tu....filling ke namanya tu...

masa nak letak kat tart tu, saya penyek penyekkan kasi hancur, takkan nak letak sebijik2 kan

cuma susah nak swirl la sebab ada berketul2...

kalau kat yummie bangi ada 2 jenis filling ni
1. pie filling
2. fruit filling

salah satu yang jenis smooth, satu lagi yg ada buah...biasanya yang ada buah ni buat pie yg sebijik besar...

kat yen, bagus, chang tung panggil lain plak..
tapi benda yg sama jer...

tak tahan tengok tart nhuda...semalam 1st time try buat blueberry cheese tart...
komen - okay lah...tapi my tart shell tu tebal sket..so tak berapa best...
