pas 20 minit baru breakfast..

10hari je..
obvious sangat2 yang i dah makin cerah..
bahagian lengan la paling ketara..
jerawat langsung tak tumbuh..
ada la yang gaya2 nak tumbuh tapi xjadi..
dia terus kecut..
parut pun makin fade..
pastu dah feeling putih, dengan enjoy2 balik kg, i stop consume..
skang itam balik sebab i main panas masa vacation last month..
pastu jerawat pun naik balik sebab i pegi hentam makan seafood(i memang allergik sangat dengan seafood)
jumaat lepas dah start consume balik..
harap2 minggu depan cantik balik la kulit i..hehe.. |

penah pegi specialist doc bg ubat mkn rocatine utk kurangkan myk tp byk side effect, setahun jugak la makan, now da 1thn lebih stop, so naik blik myk. skincare pakai frmasi pya for oily skin.
bb cream now x pakai, klu pakai pun brand cosway pya.

yang paling best.. sendiri tgk lengan nampak cam makin cerah.. b4 nih cam capuk2 antara lengan dan bahu.. tp bila tanya encik abg.. die ckp kite ni perasan je lebih.. hahaha..
