2 cwn gula icing ( jgn penuh sangat)
1 3/4 cwn tpg gandum*
1/2 cwn serbuk koko*
1 1/2 sdk soda bikarbonat*
1 1/2 sdk baking powder*
(ayak 3x semua bahan2 yg bertanda*)
1 cwn susu cair
1/2 cwn minyak masak
1 sdb nescafe
1/2 cwn air panas mendidih ( bancuh bersama nescafe tadi utk menjadi kek hitam dn sdp berbeza dgn kek coklat biasa)
1/2 sdk garam
1 pnutup esen vanila...
????cara2:-
pukul telur dgn gula sampai kembang... putih..
boh garam... esen vanila.. pukul lg... masukkan tpg sdikit2 berselang seli dgn susu cair minyak air nescafe td... ulang sampai habis ....
????bakar ikut suhu oven masing2...

Resepi Kerang air asam
Bawang merah hiris
1-2 biji cili api hiris
Tomato hiris
Daun ketumbar hiris
Belacan bakar
Asam jawa
Air masak
Nampla (sos ikan)
Limau nipis
Kerang rebus sekejap lepastu kopek , asingkan dalam mangkuk lain
Asam jawa sikit + belacan stgh ibu jari (agak2 la) + air masak di lenyek sekali lepastu tuang masuk dalam kerang td , masuk semuaaa bahan hiris , perah limau nipis . Kaup balik dan rasa . Kalau dh okay blh terus makan.

Resepi Kerang Masak Kam Heong
500 gram kerang (rebus sekejap je, kopek sebelah)
5 ulang bawang putih-tumbuk
5 ulas bawang merah-tumbuk
2 tangkai daun kari
8 biji cili padi, ketuk sikit (ikut suka byk mana, nk pedas, letak lebih sikit)
2 sudu besar udang kering (rendam sekejap dan tumbuk)
Minyak sedikit untuk menumis
Bahan kuah (bancuh semua bahan)
2 sudu besar serbuk kari
2 sudu besar sos tiram
1 sudu besar kicap pekat (blh ganti kicap biasa)
1 sudu besar kicap cair
Garam, air
Cara masak
Panaskan minyak, tumis daun kari, cili padi, bwg merah dan bawang putih sampai naik bau.
Kemudian masukkan udang kering yang ditumbuk halus. Kacau sebati.
Masukkan bahan kuah (rempah kari, sos tiram dan kicap). Kacau rata. Dah sebati, masukkan kerang, masukkan air (jgn byk sgt air, cair sangat tak sedap). Perasakan dgn garam & gula. Siap.

RESEPI PAPRIK CAMPUR
Bahan-bahan :
Ayam ptg kecik2
Kobis bunga lobak merah kcg pjg ptg ikut suke
Sebiji bwg putih bwg merah n 3@4 biji cili api hiris
Sebiji bwg Holland ptg 8
Sesudu cili kering
Daun limau purut kena adebaru rasa papriknye.. sori tertinggal plak
Garam sos tiram 1/2 sudu t.jagung n perasa ikut suke
Cara-cara :
1.Tumis ayam tadi letak air skit agak2 kecut angkat dgn air rebusannye
2.Tumis cili kering sehingga naik bau
3.Mskkan bwg merah bwg putih cili api kacau rata
4.Mskkan ayam dgn air rebusan.. sy wat berkua ye sebab anak2 suke.. letak kicap skit sos tiram garam n perasa ikut suke.. t.jagung tadi bancuh dgn air skit utk pekatkan kuahnye
5.Pastu mskkan sayur tadi dgn bwg Holland tutup sekejap..
