calender baru beli rumah kt taman kajang impian 3 bersebelahan dgn seksyen 8 bandar baru bangi. masa calender beli pun dh tinggal tak banyak seakrang dlm pembinaan. tak silap calender di situ akan buat apartment(3 jenis) 5tingkat ada lif kata pemaju tu.

smlm gie tgk umah saujana damai...ramai yg dah masuk....nampaknya eenaz masuk umah nie after delivered mungkin next year....aper2 pun happy kepada yg dah masuk...mungkin berjiran nanti...

saya pun beli situ gak... nak beli 20x70 tp pergi aritu 20x70 dah abis.. tinggal 20x65 jerr.. terpaksa laa beli wlpun kecik skit sebab harga dia takde laa sampai 200K pun... lokasi pun strategik kat bandar baru bangi... susah dah nak dapat harga mcm tu area situ kebanyakan 250K lebih dahh...

developer pun diorgnye project cepat.. kalau ikutkan kan phase 1 and 2... setahun dah boleh siap dah..

tapi yg phase 3 ni tak tau aa sbb projek ni besar ckit.. byk unit dia jual kali ni termasuk apartment sekali...

Dah beli rumah kat alamsari ye? Boleh cite sikit, bagi details macam jenis rumah, size n price. Also facilities provided.  Macam berkenan je nak beli kat situ.  Sekarang ada rumah kat seri putra tapi kecik je, apartment.  Memang tengah cari rumah kat area bangi ni.

area bandar baru bangi ni dah jadi cam area shah alam plak, value rumah naik gila2, kat alamsari jual rumah cam goreng pisang, maybe rakyat malaysia dah berkemampuan memiliki rumah 200k above

maybe kat bandar baru bangi ada universiti, kolej and lagipun dekat nagn putrajaya... sini memang ramai staff gomen so apalagi harga umah pun naik le jadiknyee... kat kajang pun dah makin naik.. kalau ikutkan dulu kajang tu jauh giler tp sekarang bila dah ade highway dekat jer...

mine..double storey terrace, phase 1p2 alam sari, bangi...22x75 built up 2097'...price 265k..

phase 1p1 (launch nov 07)            - rm238k (DST)
phase 1p2 (launch march 08)        - rm265k (DST)

phase 1p4 (launch may 08)             - rm500k onwards (cluster)

and setiap jenis umah xterhad pd satu lokasi je..ada 2-3 lokasi utk setiap jenis umah..

the developer, island & peninsular (i&p) is a Class Adeveloper..they dont juz come and build houses but instead they build atown, complete with all the facilities (mosque,petrolstation,school,playground,football field,commercial area,etc)...and most importantlyits very near to the ukm commuter station and danau golf club..also,the end product as well as the equipments installed inside are fom avery high quality product. kalo nk tgk equipments die try visit sales gallery alamsari..kt ctu ada barang2 cam tiles,pipe,sink etc..

phase 2p1 dijangka akan launch this mid sept. ni..so register cepat utk dapat invitation letter..cara nk beli umah bukan 1st come 1st serve tp thru balloting..so its fair n square..xkire tue,muda,kaya miskin, sume peluang sama rata..mcm masa beli umah dulu, application ms launching day tu ada lebih 300lebey..tp umah ada 60 unit je..tolak staff 12 unit,tinggal 48 unit...and majority nk yg intermediate including me,so tolak corner lot 12 unit,tinggal 36 unit je...so yg 300 lebey ni dok berharap yg 36 unit ni je..huhuu...i was lucky though, got no 31! hehehe...mmg sgt2 thrill ms balloting tuh...

facilities mmg bnyk dlm tuh..n ada plan carrefour ke tesco tah nk bkk dlm tu..n stesen ukm ada plan nk bwk masuk/bkk baru dlm alam sari..tp still dlm perancangan...xsure jd atau x...i know this coz the salesperson at the sales gallery is my cousin..and also,jalan dari main road ke stesen komuter ukm tu kan skarang 1 lane je and agak busy kan, by the time phase 1p1 siap (next year), jalan tu akan jadi 4 lane..and showhouse utk 1p1 dijangka akan siap next month..so jom la kite visit2 alamsari...

lupe nk ckp,setiap pembelian umah kt situ akan dapat education fund (mcm trust fund) sebanyak rm10k..kalo x silap dr maybank (xsure,kene check blk bank ape)..bole trus simpan and expect projected return rm18k within 3 years..or cashkan rm10k tu after dapat kunci (for new kitchen cabinet ke...hehe)...

to citrakasih.....pasal berpagar or guarded ni sy dah tanya masa nak register hari tu....dia bgtau yg that area bukan guarded .......kalau Seri Bangi under Glomac tu mmg guarded.

mmg ramai dah masuk eenaz, tp sy tak dpt kunci lagi..yg renovate
pun ramai gak..kt area rumah sy tu tak ramai lagi yg masuk..adala 2,3 buah rumah..so, eenaz tak jd la masuk bulan May ni?

hehe..ramai gak yg tau pasal kajang impian ni ye. really strategic location..memang untung sape beli kt sini..sbb area nya masih bbb.. tapi harga reasonable. saya pun dah cekau satu rumah kt sini..

Thanks for all the info.  Laku betul rumah kat situ, berebut orang beli sampai kena guna ballot.  Tapi macam tak sempat je nak register, saya balik cuti hujung tahun.  Tahu tak kalau alamsari ada launch new project in Dec 2008 atau Jan 2009?
