Red Snapper Fish tu  ikan merah rasanya, tak pernah guna lagi ikan ni. Kalau Dory kat Care4 selalu ada -        biasa guna yang ni....

Siti ..
Dulu K.Noor pernah explain yg memang kena pakai 2 jenis bread crumb.. Yg fresh breadcrumb blend sekali ngan ayam dan breadcrumb yg dibeli tu utk buat coating...guna cornflakes utk buat coating pun ok gak.

pernah buat nuggets bakar dalam oven...coat dengan cornflakes
dari buku Kids Party Book

Chicken Nuggets

375g chicket thigh fillets, roughly chopped
1 egg
1 tbsp chopped fresh chives (kalau tak ada tukar or tinggalkan saja)
1/4 tsp sesame oil
2 tsps plum sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
1 cup cornflakes

1.  Preheat oven to 180 degree Celcius.
2.  Line a 32 x 28 cm tray dengan foil.  Brush dengan melted butter atau oil.
3.  Masukkan ayam, telur, chives, sesame oil dan sauces ke dalam food processor dan process hingga smooth ....or beli minced chicken dan gaul rata.
4.  Ambil heaped teaspoons mixture dan buat bebola.  Roll bebola tadi dengan cornflakes.  
5.  Simpan dalam tray tadi dan bakar selama 15 mins or until golden and crisp.

Garam secukupnya
Tepung gandum secukupnya
Telur - utk celup fish finger sahaja

tepung gandum tuh kalau ganti dgn tepung jagung pun boleh kak Noor rasa..:hmm:

Hah... ni dia breadcrumbs bagi sesapa yg tak tau camner ghopenya...breadcrumbs (yellow) ni maklang beli jer ..rege rm2.50..

Dah cuba buat nugget ni...nie hasilnya...tak berseri-seri macam k.noor or maklang punya sebab guna breadcrumbs yg buat sendirik jer..mmm...sedap!


nie plak croquette...kentang yg direbus, dilenyek, tambah mix vegi, garam, pepper, mayonis...lepas tu kepal-kepal bentuk bujur, salut dgn telur & breadcrumbs, goreng...

boleh tak selepas kita kepalkan adunan daging ayam dan disalut telor dan bread crumbs kita simpan dalam freezer kemudian bila teringat nak makan baru digorengkan? atau mesti digoreng serta merta juga

maklang rasakan tak perlu salut telur dan b/crumbs dulu sbb b/crumbs tu nanti dia kembang..lembik2 plak tu.....kepal2 jer pehtu masuk dlm freezer..esok2 nak goreng baru salut telur dan b/crumbs.
