Tak pe la.. dok tengok video punya jer la. One that I like is Jilina beginner's belly dance.. best sangat ikut steps dia.. very easy and seducing... Tapi memula.. steps kelaut.. but i am sure after much practice.. I could do it.

klass kat celebrity fitness ni best coz ramai (all women).. and 90% sumer pakai hip scarves tuh... (kira semua org semangat la) .. lagu rancak and cramp abis perut haku.. |

Wah...bertambah meriah pulak smenjak i taleh check forum ni. I am away for the whole day today.
All women, all size, and all age can belly dance. In fact, this is from what I read, women in Middle East ajar anak2 derang belly dancing sejak kecik lg. Psl tu derang seme terer! They've been doing it since they are small! The mother teach the daughter belly dancing to prepare them for giving birth and also..ehem2, to make them a good wife ;). Isn't it sweet..and who is the best to teach all this if it's not your mother!
Psl pakai seksi2 tu pulak. It's entirely up to you. I've never bare my tummy when I belly dance, even while I am in the UK. Belly dancing is totally your own personal dance. If you feel like baring your tummy when you dance, by all means do. Nobody is going to judge you. If you don't want to bare your tummy, then wear like me! ;) ehehe. I encourage women to do what they feel most comfortable. Only then you'll be happy and of course..comfortable also la!
So..don't worry, be happy . I am so glad to meet ( although virtually ) all of you exciting ladies! Let us all belly dance to our own well-being and happiness!
Btw, you guys can call me Zieha. Naz is actually my sister's nickname because her name start with Naz too.  |

hi mz_tera,
that is called a tabla solo piece. with maybe a few simple other instruments in between. tabla ni mcm ape ek..mcm gendang kecik la kut.
music jenis ni is very traditional and also very fun to dance to. if you like to hear more of this kind of music, you can check out hossam ramzy. he's a very good percussionist.
i normally buy my cd in Rock Corner. they usually has quite a good collection. also cheaper than the other cd store ( ape dh name die lupe). look for it under world music, or belly dancing.

Rock Corner ade dekat Mid valley. tingkat atas skali, same level dgn wayang. kedai ni besar, so you wont miss it.
lg satu rock corner dkt Subang Parade, sbelah Guardian. kedai ni agak tersorok masuk ke dalam sket, but if u notice Guardian, Rock Corner is just right next to it.
goodie! been downloading songs is it..good2. I pun slalu jugak dload lagu2 ni. Cume yg tensen kdg2 kualiti die tak bagus, since i need to teach using those songs..i tak bleh la gune lagu yg x berkualiti sgt. that's why i just buy nowadays. |
