Purina Puppycom Dog Obedience and Agility Training currently offer both Dog Obedience, CGC and Dog Agility Training at Taman Desa (map) Community Park on every Sunday.

All Trainee will obtain the following after the completion of each training session of 10 weeks :-

Certificate of Attendance for those who has at least 70% of the training classes.
A CGC Medal for those who pass the Canine Good Citizen test.
For dogs that come with Microchip, the microchip number will be incorporated in the Certificate. For dogs that come without microchip, we will help you to implant microchip into your dogs if you wish.
A free Purina Puppycom Obedience and Agility Training T Shirt.
Purina is also offering a free bag of 3.6Kg dog food to those who pass the dog obedience training graduation test..

DOG SQUAD goes to IKANO - 9 March 2008

With the launch of Petster magazine, PetnYou have been invited to add spice and variety to the evening's proceedings at Ikano, Mutiara Damansara. Event also includes a charity drive for SPCA and PAWS.
Demos on dog tricks, heelwork to music and retrieving are in the works. Should you wish to catch the exuberant and eveready Dog Squad in public, be at Ikano courtyard this Sunday 5pm.

COMING SOON! Highly anticipated event in the K9 calendar which will be held in Malaysia's premier shopping mall, The Megamall! Premier location plus air conditioned comfort for you and your 4-legged friend. Yes, the Mid Valley Dog Show is officially on and your dog can finally troop into the Mid Valley Megamall in KL to get a sniff of shopping fever! Organised by Fairs and Events Management Sdn Bhd with PetnYou assisting in running the games and trials. Featuring a variety of pet products and exhibition booths, enticing doggie games and challenging OB & Agility trials. It will be a whole day's affair on Saturday 29 March 2008, so mark your diary for this one!

THE TRIALS
Includes the ever absorbing PetnYou Dog Agility and OB Trials and this will be our 4th edition running. OB trials encompass pre-novice till open levels. Agility trials will be running basic jumpers, elementary and novice levels.
To encourage dog sports in the country, fees are set at an affordable RM10 registration fee + RM20 entrance fee (each additional trial entry at RM10 only). The top 3 teams in each class will be bringing home trophies and prizes. Titles are at stake and medals will also be handed out to each qualifying team.
1st time ever that trials are held in an air conditioned exhibition hall, so conditions are ideal to bring out your dog's best performance. The competition should be stirring and designed to showcase your dog's innate abilities and prowess.
THE GAMES
To cater to all, the K9 Games are open to all dogs and each game also comes with 3 swell prizes which are up for grabs. Best of all, there are no entrance fees and teams can get stuck into as many contests as they wish. The fun factor is set on high, so bring along your party tricks and gear to get your dog going in the K9 games.

THE TRIALS
OB Prenovice trialsThe purpose of trials is to enhance the ability of the dog and owner to work as a team. It is an educational and sporting activity intended to improve the dog's integration into society. To encourage dog activities in the country, the trials are catered towards all levels and any interested team (beginner or seasoned trialer) is encouraged to take part as they see fit.
Obedience categories: Pre-Novice, Novice, Intermediate and Open
Judge - to be announced
Agility categories: Basic Jumpers, Elementary and Novice. Mini and Maxi classes applicable for all levels. To encourage participation at all levels, especially new and beginner teams, onleash runs plus treats/toys are permitted in the ring for Basic Jumpers.
Judge - to be announced
Entrance fees: RM10 registration fee + RM20 entrance fee. Each additional trial entry at RM10 only. Prizes, trophies and certificates will be awarded to the top 3 teams in each class.
Titles: Qualifying scores in OB trials and Clean runs in Agility trials will now count towards the earning of titles. Medals will be handed out to each qualifying team. Refer to Titles for details.
PetnYou trials to date have attracted very encouraging turnouts. If you are on the lookout for enjoyable activities to be had with your 4-legged pal, then this is the premier dog sports challenge around town. The competition is open, fair, keen, safe and pleasant for all dog lovers. We do not believe in charging exorbitant trial fees or limiting participation to a select crowd.

k leo ni kalau tak payah samak2 nak gak bela puppy seko.. tp malas la nak samak2.. lg pon kita hidup bermasyarakat.. kena gak jaga hati jiran tetangga.... org melayu bukan semua yg boleh terima melayu bela anjing, pandangan -ve mesti ada..

mmg betul kata ko tu leo. Tak suma orang melayu boleh terima melayu bela anjing. Tapikan, masa i memula nikah ngan hubby dulu, parents dia ada bela sekor anjing. Anjing tu mmg discipline, tak dtg ke dalam rumah, main jauh2.
Family saya sendiri, mmg sentiasa ada anjing. But the best, kita pernah ada anjing yg serupa husky tu, given to my late father by his pilot friend. I dont remember exactly what happen, ada pegawai dari jabatan kesihatan datang, suruh put the dog to sleep. I remebered my brother cried for days, refusing to let them kill the dog. Bukan rupa anjing, rupa wolf,,,maybe tu sebab pegawai tu suh bunuh

Semalam masa gi beli litter kat Uptown pun jumpa sorang pompuan melayu dtg amik diernyer shih-tzu dari kedai tu, rasanya diorg tolong mandikan/groom anjing dia tu. rasanya pompuan tu melayu la sbb cakap dgn tokey kedai tu mmg melayu habis,siap dgn bag anjing yg cantik amat tu. Shih Tzu tu amaaattt la comey bangeetttt!!!!Geram...

For me yg penting dia sayang makhluk tuhan kan??But for me personally kalau tak kerana kena samak memanjang tu nak gak kot bela puppy jadik geng ank2 kucen kat rumah tu...

I have a Golden Retriever. Smart dog I would say. So far I taught him how to sit, stay, come and fetch.

kat kl ni memang banyak org melayu bele anjing.... kalau berkawan ngan dog rescuer memang banyak cerita...
lagi satu ade sorang ni lelaki melayu keje die ajar anjing dengar cakap tuan die... die bukak class kat ikano

my friend who is a rescuer also have golden retriever. they have more then 1...
i like husky ...so cute like wolf

tp kan Mizz..lau area perumahan tu me byk gak nmpk muslims yg bela anjing..

Golden Retrievers are friendly dogs. They get along fine with everyone. Just don't expect them to guard your house

If I put my dog in his cage, he will put on a sad look. Throw him something and he will retrieve it for you. Most of the time he will hide the items behind my house plant. Very naughty of him.
