it isn't effective as they would like that is why they are studying us.
If you are and upbeat person and happy and not stressed it doesn't work very well.
Some people appear to be naturally susceptible [think of those people who heard voices in their heads and went off and killed someone] others virtually immune, cell phone towers are involved cell phones the new smart network of power supplies etc
all of these new chips in devices Iphones etc wireless networks [starting to make sense now isn't it] digital TV signals for programing people even your credit card chips perhaps and just think if you take the mark [a chip in your body] how could you resist then.
If you are stressed, on antidepressants or drugs at all you may be very vulnerable, so you can see why the world is being filled with the worst things you can hear about, just to put you in that "bad spot of thinking".
