Love Huts
The Western society is trickling over to the Kreung tribe, a remote tribe in North Eastern Cambodia. Television and mobile phones are slowly being introduced to the Kreung tribe. It is slowly damaging the traditions of the love huts.
These beautiful love huts consists of wood and bamboo, which are built on stilts.
Young teenage women from the ages of 13 to 17 have love huts built by their parents. In order to create a bond between males and females. The Kreung people believe it to be healthy for a young women to choose as many partners as they like to bed. Many young women will not have full sex with the males unless they are engaged or married to the young man. There is no judgment unlike the Western society of on the young women. In this tribe they are thought of as strong, independent, women; who have the choice who they bring to their love huts.
The teenagers are discrete and secretive on who comes over into the huts. They make sure the males come in at night and leave before the day breaks. They wish the parents not to see who they are with until engagement is announced.
The elders of the tribe have been known to admit, it is rare there is a divorce in the tribe. They strongly believe the men and women are equals, who need to make decisions together. Rape is unheard of as well in this tribe. Since the men are well respected of what the women wishes. If a women says 'No.' They listen. Unlike the Western society where the ratio is reversed.
Pregnancy is very rare if male and females are not married or engaged. Contraceptive methods are taken place with an interesting herbal cocktail. This interesting brew holds wood alcohol and a centipede.
It is not unheard of as well for a young women to have more then one male attending her love hut in one week. Not at the same time of course. The point of the love huts is to be intimate and to know each other better with no adult eyes watching over. The average amount of lovers before a women or a man finds true love or soul mate is ten. All though it is up to the individual on how many partners they wish to peruse.
Having a love hut gives the Kreung people belief this is the best way to find their future partner.
The tradition's are in danger. Televisions and cell phones are now in the currency of the tribe. The young men are showing less respect to the younger women. Porn has been downloaded onto the young men's phones. With this, the younger women are showing signs of shyness of their bodies; older women seem to be not effected.
It seems the love hut's traditions might be in danger from the western society. The young women of the tribe fear it will do more damage to their way of life. They are still strong in holding the belief of the love huts and will most likely pass the tradition down to their daughters.
Can the Western society maybe taught a little lesson here?

yang tu tak sanggup nak bayangkan...sian sangat baby baru lahir..tak balut selai kain pon dicampak macam campak kain buruk je baby tu..jahanam punya orang..
