Bermula dr. Zero... alhamdulillah dah boleh buat jualan sikit2.... Mcm2 kejadian sblm menjadi, bantat, kulit melekat masa gulung, merekah, patah....tp try & error.. x jemu nak bg jd jg.
Bhn2
*4biji. Telur B
*60gm. Gula kastor/icing
*50gm. Tepung naik sendiri
*10gm. Susu tepung
*1sdk. Ovalet
*1sdk. Esen..ikut kesukaan
60gm. Minyak masak/ butter cair
Caranya:
1.Putar bhn2 yg bertanda * smpi gebu, putih & kental.
2. Masukkan minyak / butter cair putar sekejap bg sebati, siap.
3. Ambik 1sudu besar utk melukis corak. Letak warna yg di sukai.
4. Gris loyang 8"×11", masukkan adunan & hentak2 utk buang udara.
5. Lukis corak yg disukai.
6.Bakar pd suhu 170°c masa 30minit @ ikut oven masing2. Letak loyang pd rak no -2 dr. bwh.
7. Dah siap bakar, keluar terus kek dr.loyang...elak kek mengecut. Biar sejuk.
8. Ambil baking paper letak atas permukaan kek & terbalikkan...buang baking paper yg melekat pd tapak kek secara perlahan2.
9. Sapu jem, paste Nutella , coklat @ buttercream...gulung perlahan2. Siap. |
