Alah Long, ayat masih berterabur lagi, ni nak kena translate ke 3 bahasa: melayu, english & french. Melayu  & english okay lagi, masuk french ada fail sikit - grammar berterabur nasib baik pakcik ni akan proof reading . Tapi sekarang ni saya baru masuk part pasta & rice, belum lagi daging semua tu. Mau lagi 3-4 bulan baru habis.

Suami saya memang tak nak ke sanalah Long. Dia kata tempat lain boleh pergi tapi US see first.

Napa leh tak jadi. Tu resipi yg mmg I buat dari dulu2 lagi.

Dia terlampau keras atau tak flaky. Selalunye scones ni bila dah campur liqiud tu tak leh nak uli sesangat. Asalkan tepong ngan butter tu melekat dah cukup.

Tak pe nanti try lagi.

Meh I jawabkan.

Scones ni mcm kek keras. Dia flaky dan sedap makan ngan clotted cream atau butter and jam. Ada gak org buat scones manis. Tapi I prefer yg savoury.

Time I mula2 pindah ke Subang, USJ tu belum wujud lagi. Masih ladang kelapa sawit. jam tu tak wujud. Nikmat tul. Skrg ni tak tau lah. Dulu masa I kat sana, kalau nak balik dari ofis time bulan puasa, kena lak hujan, dari Jln Othman kat PJ tu nak ke SS 18 ikut sunway boleh ambik masa 1 jam lebih. Rasa nak nangis pun ada Sbb kkdg tak sempat nak masak. Lagi teruk kalau nak ke toilet. Tahan je lah.

Saya pulak suka makan dgn butter and jam.... yum yum.
Kenny Rogers Restaurant ada serve scone dlm menu dia. It is much  of softer texture, mungkin guna tepung jenis lain.

Long.. recipe ada tapi... mee nie yg tak ada. Mee kuning pun kena buat sendiri. Saya nie  terlampau sangat lah rajin... bab tu. So kena lah tunggu until my next visit to Malaysia.

Oh  see...

Sbb I am used to sweet scones, that's why it taste a bit odd to my taste buds. It came out looking pretty from the oven though  only taste a bit odd. I have to try again by reducing the sugar.

Some1in, awak tinggal kat sana ke sekarang nie ? Jam teruk lagi tak esp area School tu?

Masa first time stay kat ss12. it was during early 1990磗 for couple of bulan. Time tu ada juga kami jalan kat area ss13 and 14, kawasan usj tu masah lagi hutan kelapa sawit.

menyelerakan la scone ni..teringin juga nak terai buat....tapi sapa nak makan kat umah ni..kalau menjadik buleh antar kat jiran2 ya!
err...scone ni buleh simpan sehari/dua macam muffin ke atau lepas bake terus kena makan panas2
