Mee Goreng Basah

Bahan2
Bawang putih ditumbuk
Cili padi ditumbuk
Cili kering kisar
Sos tomato
Sos tiram
Kicap manis abc
Sos ikan
Air
Sotong
Udang
Sawi
Tomato

Cara2
Tumis bahan tumbuk bersama cili kisar,tumis hingga garing baru masukkan sotong dan udang,masukkan sos tomato,kicap manis,sos ikan dan sedikit air,masukkan mee kuning,masukkan sawi dan tomato,perasakan garam dan gula.siap

IKAN KEMBUNG MASAK 3 RASA

Bahan-bahan:
4 ekor ikan kembung
2 biji bawang putih - dicincang halus
5 biji bawang merah - dicincang halus
8 biji cili merah - dicincang halus (kalau suka pedas boleh gandakan cili ataupun guna cili api)
2 biji tomato - dipotong dadu
2 kerat nenas - di potong dadu
2 sudu cili boh
3 sudu sos tiram
2 sudu sos ikan
Sedikit daun ketumbar
1 sudu besar tepung jagung
Serbuk kunyit
Garam dan gula secukup rasa
Serbuk perasa - jika suka
Minyak secukupnya - untuk menumis dan menggoreng

Cara-cara:
- Ikan dibersihkan dan dilumurkan dengan garam, serbuk kunyit, cili boh & tepung jagung.
- Goreng ikan tersebut sehingga garing. Angkat & toskan.
- Panaskan minyak di dalam kuali dan masukkan bawang putih yang telah dicincang & goreng sehingga separuh kekuningan.
- Kemudian masukkan bawang merah & goreng lagi sehingga naik bau.
- Masukkan cili merah yang telah dicincang tadi & goreng seketika.
- Kemudian, masukkan pula nenas.
- Masukkan tomato cincang, sos tiram, sos ikan, gula, garam, bahan perasa & tepung jagung yg telah dibancuh dgn air.
- Apabila sudah masak, tuang kuah tadi ke atas ikan dan hiaskan dengan daun ketumbar.
