AYAM RENDANG TOMYAM CILI PADI

Bahan:
Ayam
*15@20 tangkai cilipadi(nk pedas lbhkn lg)
*1 biji bwng besar
*3 ulas bwng putih
*2 hiris lengkuas
*1 biji tomato
4 btng serai-ketuk
5@6 helai daun limau purut
1 sudu mkn kerisik
1 kotak kecik santan
2 pkt pes tomyam adabi
1 kpng asam keping
2 sudu mkn kicap
Garam,gula n perasa

Cara:
Mesin bhn bertanda *
Didihkn ayam n bhn mesin dlm kuali
Masukkan serai dan daun limau purut
Masukkan kerisik dan pes tomyam
Masukkan santan,garam,gula n perasa
Masukkan asam keping
Bila dah agak kering..masukkan kicap

kulit karipap

Sekilo tepung gandum
3 sdb tepung beras
3 sdb planta/ majerin
2 senduk kecil mnyak masak (panaskan)
1 sdk air kapur
Sedikit garam halus
Dan sedikit AIR SEJUK (ais)
- air nie sya agak² sja ikut kelembutan doh -

Caranya :-
Satukan tepung gandum ,tepung beras, garam, planta/majerin dan air kapur dlm 1 bekas..
Panas mnyak masak, kemudian tuang kedlm adunan tepung td, kacau dgn senduk ye, hati² sbb panas.. bila tepung dah jadi mcm serbuk roti, masukkan air sejuk sedikit demi sedikit sampai doh menjadi lembut elok....
Inti buat mcm biasa...rempah daging, ubi kentang, daun sup, daun kari dan isi ayam..
