Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif HOOK Entertainment Dituduh Dengan Tuduhan Baru Bahawa Dia Melanggar Beberapa Undang-undang Dadah.
Peguam CEO Kwon Jin Young menjawab dakwaan itu.
Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif HOOK Entertainment didakwa telah melanggar undang-undang dadah Korea.
Di tengah-tengah menghadapi dakwaan mencuri wang yang dijana oleh kerjaya muzik Lee Seung Gi dan audit aktif oleh agensi cukai Korea, Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif HOOK Entertainment, Kwon Jin Young , kini berdepan dakwaan baharu bahawa dia melanggar undang-undang dadah Korea.
Menurut laporan SBS , Kwon Jin Young telah membuat pembelian pekerja agensi itu dan mengambil ubatnya sejak dua tahun lalu. Laporan SBS memetik dokumen dalaman HOOK Entertainment sendiri yang menyatakan dari 2020 hingga 2022, CEO meminta pekerja membeli ubatnya lebih 30 kali.
Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif: "Ubat saya kehabisan."
Pekerja: "Saya ada temu janji di hospital esok."
Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif: “Hei…”
Pekerja: "Ya?"
Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif: "Bawa saya satu kotak Cass Light (Beer) dan 10 botol Jinro (alkohol)."
Pekerja: “Pihak hospital berkata melainkan ia adalah pemeriksaan telefon, mereka tidak menghantar preskripsi ke farmasi. Saya akan pergi sekarang dengan Pengurus A kerana akan ada kesesakan pada sebelah petang.”
Pekerja: "Saya membelanjakan ₩13,200 KRW (kira-kira $10.00 USD) untuk ubat itu."
Di Korea, adalah melanggar undang-undang untuk membeli atau mengambil ubat untuk orang lain. Ia juga menyalahi undang-undang untuk doktor memberi ubat kepada seseorang yang tidak hadir melainkan orang itu tidak sedarkan diri atau tidak berupaya dari segi perubatan.
Undang-undang itu, bagaimanapun, telah dipinda pada 2020 untuk membolehkan penjaga pesakit mengambil preskripsi untuk pesakit akibat COVID-19.
Menurut laporan SBS, Kwon Jin Young menyalahgunakan peruntukan COVID-19 dengan menyenaraikan pekerjanya sebagai penjaga rawatan. Laporan itu juga memetik artikel Dispatch sebelum ini yang mendakwa bahawa dari 2020, Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif Kwon Jin Young telah membelanjakan ₩42.0 juta KRW (kira-kira $31,900 USD) untuk bil hospital. Ini adalah jumlah yang terlalu tinggi memandangkan Korea menyediakan warganya penjagaan kesihatan sejagat dan polisi insurans negara itu meliputi kebanyakan ubat preskripsi.
Seorang peguam dalam artikel itu menyatakan bahawa jika CEO didapati menyalahgunakan undang-undang yang berkaitan dengan preskripsi proksi, dia mungkin akan dihukum. Selain itu, peguam itu menyatakan bahawa doktor dan ahli farmasi yang terlibat juga mungkin dihukum oleh undang-undang.
