BIG BANG, Japan Debut Anniversary Party for 10,000 people
Popular group Big Bang has revealed part of their project for expansion in Japan.
On June 24th Big Bang will release their debut single in Japan. And to commemorate that, on the same day a big scale party
for around 10,000 people will take place.
An affiliated office revealed this on June 11th. On the 24th, Big Bang will give a new single release party for people related
to the music industry and fans in the Tokyo Dome to celebrate their debut in Japan.
In Japan it's really unusual for a newcomer like Big Bang to organize this kind of big event to commemorate a CD release.
Looks like in order to spread their activities in Japan Big Bang have signed a big contract with a major label like Universal Music.
Also, starting on the 28th with the popular music show MUSIC JAPAN, more TV appearances of Big Bang will follow.
Moreover, on the 19th next month the 3rd Japan Fan Meeting will be held, where they'll contact with the fans.

GDragon was present at SBS Inkigayo to congratulate 2NE1 on 1st Mutizen
Newshave came late that Big Bang member GDragon had made a surpriseappearance on SBS Inkigayo to congratulate 2NE1 on their 1st Mutizen.
2NE1had won their 1st Mutizen with their debut song ‘Fire’ on SBS Inkigayoon 14th June. This is their 1st #1 after 6 years of training for themembers.
On 15th, a staff from Inkigayo said, “GDragon hadappeared for 2NE1’s encore performance after winning #1 on the show. Hehad enjoyed the moment of joy together as senior-junior singers fromthe same company.”
But the full encore performance was not shown hence viewers were not able to see his appearance.
Jung Trustee mentioned “It’s hard to say that this is a musical that is an autobiography of Bigbang. The obstacle that Bigbang went through to become the Bigbang they are now and the obstacles that the main characters go through in the musical is quite different. However, this musical is about students dreaming to become a star celebrity; this could be the story of Bigbang or any of the celebrities in Korea.”
They are dramatizing the piece of work Suldoyoon’s Sul and Company has had for over ten years and is putting it on stage. 3~4 of Bigbang songs are going to be used as tracks for the musical.
