buat gak muffin resepi roylazim
tp sbb sy tak kacau lama sangat kot adunan tu muffin ni keras sikit...
tp sedap..cuma next time nak kena kruang koko powder tu legam sangat..
eheheheh lain org lain pandangan kan..ada org suka kaler hitam-hitam bila buat muffin, saya lak tak berapa suka..



lps ni nak try muffin jagung...

u all semua pakat buat muffin pisang nampak best je...tp sy ni tak suka pisang.. boring betul...cheese tak suka, pisang tak suka...abeh tu camner nak try resepi cheese2 dan pisang2....

savoury muffins macam cheese campur beef rashers, corn, chilli....
dalam thread deco tu ada terselit a few recipes tapi terpaksa browse through... kalau sanggup......

saya kebetulan minggu lepas pegi bake shop kat Shah Alam..
masa nk beli koko powder tu saya nampak ada 2 jenis..
satu jenis yg light [kaler tak berapa terang..mcm pnut ske tuu] dan satu lagik moderate [which kaler tu gelap skett..yg nie saya amik sebab saya mmg ske kaler gelap2]

klau kat yen cokit & yummie bangi mmg ada 2 jenis cocoa powder..
yg yg biasa color koko...
se lagi dark cocoo powder...yg ni mmg hitam legam arrr..
color mcm sekut oreo tu

ahhaa..masa saya pi Yen dulu pun nampak coco powder yg hitam legam tu..so saya pun ambik dua2 sbb saya mmg

2 minggu sudah saye buat muffin..mula-mula nampak ok...tapi lepas  satu jam, atas muffin tu agak lembap....tapi anak saya tak kisah...cuma bapaknye bising...ni resepi bwy..boleh tanye, kenapa atas dia lembap..tapi dalam ok....atas dia tak rapuh....cuma nak tahu sebenarnye muffin ni jadi ke tak...ni first time buat...

kalau dah naik kembang macam tu, jadi le. tak bantat, tak keras, tak kejung. kalau nak atasnya tak lembap, bakar le api atas pulak.

kacip, saya beli coco powder biasa je rasanya mmg elakkan dark coco, sbb beli kat bagus jugak, coco powder ni...tp dlm dok belek tu kadang-kadang tersalah beli gak..cam hari tu terbeli dark choc, padahal nak beli cooking choc...ntah apa nak buat dgn dark choc tu...

nak tanye sikit..kalau kita pakai bancuhan buat kek untuk jadikan muffin, boleh ke?..kalau ade sesiapa pernah buat..boleh cerita sikit....rasanya kalau bancuhan kek tak banyak pantang larang sangat mungkin lebih senang untuk beginner macam saya..kalau ade yg dah cuba tolong paste  gambar....

satu lagi....buttermilk tu penting ke masa nak buat kek...kalau tak de, mungkinkah kek kita tak naik? kenapa kita kena pakai milk masa buat kek?
