Fluffy Carrot Cake - (resepi ni i dah ubahsuai dari resepi asal Sarah)

Bahan2:

4 biji telur ayam - asingkan putih dan kuning
1 cawan (250ml) minyak jagung - vege oil pun ok
150g gula castor
150g gula perang
2 cawan parutan carrot
1 sk esen vanilla
100g walnut - dicincang

Diayak:
250g self-raising flour - klu guna tepung gandum biasa kena taruk 1 1/2 sk baking soda
1 sk serbuk kayu manis
1 sk garam

Cara2:

Preheat oven 175 C. Sediakan loyang. Alas dengan baking sheet.

Pukul sebati kuning telur. Masukkan minyak, kedua2 gula dan carrot. Kacau sebati dan masukkan walnut. Kacau rata. Masukkan bahan yg diayak tadi. Kacau hingga sebati.

Pukul putih telur hingga soft peak foam/bertanduk. Masukkan ke dalam adunan carrot tadi. Kacau perlahan dengan senduk kayu dengan cara kaup balik hingga sebati.

Bakar selama 1 jam.

Sedapnyaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa....wa nak jugak!

Anyway friends, malam ni my bestfriend buat 'Steam Boat Dinner'. I ambik gambar okay...mintak permission dia masuk sini...semalam I pi hantar kerusi rumah dia, tenggok setting punya lawa. My friend ni chinese heritage, so very good in chinese cooking and tradition.

Honestly sejak dok US, I naik dekat 15 kg...susah nak turun, tension gak. Kalau kat Malaysia family and friends direct je...kalau debab cakap debab, kat US nih, hubby I selalu marah bila I cakap I debab. Jadi tak dak reality check! Lagipun westerner besar2, so bila compare dengan kita still consider small lagi. Tapi I tau bila balik Malaysia mesti orang cakap debab!

I kalau buat cheesecake or any desserts, I bawak pi office or sedekah kat friends or jiran. Jarang I makan more than one slice. Kadang2 I tak usik langsung. Hubby I minat, tapi I tak bagi dia makan more than 2 slices.

Wahhh bestnya ada makan2. Steamboat pulak tu. I ada beli perkakasnya tapi tak pernah guna lagi. Tah bila nak dirasmikan agaknya...

Sejak datang ke Malaysia then Doha, berat badan memang tak pernah turun..the lowest 47kg..sekarang ni 49kg..dah lah kita ni jenis bantut..kalau naik lagi memang nampak sangat kedebaban badan ku ini

Plat, I kat Paris pun ada steamboat punya perkakas (Tefal brand). Kalau buat mesti time autumn/winter lepas tu ajak sedara datang, lagi ramai lagi best sebab boleh berebut sayur atau daging yang jatuh kat dalam sup tu..very conviviality. Even my MIL pun sekarang dah pandai buat sendiri. Kitorang belikan untuk dia masa raya tahun 2005 dulu.

Sedapnya bubur nasi you tu..I suka kalau ada ikan bilis & kacang goreng lepas tu ada bawang & cili. LEpas tu mesti ada lobak asin..berapa banyak lepas tu daaaa tapi sedapnya..nak semangkuk!!!!
