ada tak resipi serunding daging..yg i selalu buat cepat sgt tumbuh cendawan (yg putih2 tu).. dan rasanya macam rendang  jer.... tolong yea...

jawapan soklan diateh tu..

1. cili kering yg telah diblend } ikut kepedasan sendiri....nak letak skit pun tak per...nak letak byk sampai berasap telinga pun takper....

2. asingkan daging masuk dlm pinggan dulu....then buleh tumiskan spt biasa...msk bwg2, jintan2,cili,kicap,air rebusan daging...then masukkan daging yg digoreng kejap tadi tu...biar sampai kuah pekat dan daging empuk...kalo daging batang pinang kejap jer tu...

maklang..
saya dah cuba resepi daging maklang tu..
bagi saya ok!sedap..
depa yg makan tak komplen apa-apa laa..
tapi bagi saya mungkin byk sgt jintan..sampai mengganggu bila nak jamah daging tu..kena dok kodek2 skett...hihi..
lenkali nk try kurangkan skett..atau mungkin saya tak blend btoi2 halus kot..?!

fuh kak liza dok belek resepi daging jumpa resepi ni terus teliur..daging dah rebus nak masak lunch ni...soh huby pi beli barang kita nak tengok BOBBY kat rtm2.....'me syair to nehi' = aku bukan penyair....lunch lambat sikit tadi breakfast makan MAC n CHEESE

macih ler kacip tapi next time cuba beli jintan2 yg hok paket tu...lagi halus mulus..maklang guna yg tu jer sbb maklang ni tak ghajin nak sangai dan blend jintan2 tu..hihih...lagipun bebudak makan tengok jintan2 yg tak hancur, nanti depa komplen...tu yg beli hok dah siap blend tu jer...:nerd:

A'kum semua...sebelum nie duk dendiam baca je. hari nie masa tgh browse resepi daging ( sebab tak byk resepi daging selain goreng kunyit atau goreng kicap) and try la resepi MakLang nie, sebab kebetulan ada jintan dlm peti...

Best...!!!!

cuma Yana nak tanya MakLang,
yg jintan putih, jintan manis, bawang putih, halia, bawang merah tu.....blend sekali jadi paste, kan? then daging rebus ngan kicap tadi digaul dgn paste nih and goreng, yg selebihnya ditumis....betul ke..?

Yana - jintan2 tu hang blend berasinganlah ...hang ambik jintan tu, hang masuk dlm kuali, goreng kejap pehtu hang blend bahan kering tu dulu sampai halus.Kalo hang campur ngan halia,bwg merah, jintan2 tu tak hancur...dia still kasar lagik...Nak senang, hang p beli yg dah siap tu..serbuk jintan manis, jintan putih...ada jual kat kedai.

Bwg putih+bwg.merah+halia = blend jadikan paste...ambik separuh jintan tadi + paste bwg ni... utk digaul ngan daging, separuh lagi hang buat tumis...goreng takyah lama sangat..daging tu dihiris nipis..tu jer...
