kalau nak kurus ke apa, kena konsisten, jgn percaya sgt dgn fad diet atau kurus cara cepat sekelip mata sbb tak kekal lama nye...no shortcut for success |

sekrg ni aku mmg makan ati je.. apa laki aku buat semua cam aku tak berapa percaya... masa dok dia berjaga depan laptop tu aku buat2 sibuk sekali nak tgk apa dia buat.. tapi sampai bila kan.
Pasal nak kuruskan badan aku dah start exercise...dah start skipping 100x aku dah buang baju2. Mengah la jugak akak nih.... |

banyakkan minum air...kadang kadang badan kita kurang air, tapi body kita interpret as lapar...minum sikit sikit setiap masa
lagi satu jgn terus buat exercise yg teruk teruk , start dgn ringan ringan dulu, better pilih exercise yg yu enjoy buat
semangat lak aii bab bab ni
anyway being beautiful & attractive to your hubby does not by being thin...dgn btk badan skrg pun yu boleh jadi attractive, nak ada konpiden jek skit, change the way u dress, your hair style, smell, yr attitude (jual mahal sket) .... |

elakkan makan nasi ok .. aku makan nasi sehari sekali jer .. kadang2 langsung tk makan nasi ..
mak member aku sukat satu cawan beras untuk die makan seminggu .. mmg cun mak die ..
minum bnyk air untuk elak dpt gastrik sewaktu berdiet .. |

Again, i would say that sometimes men can become shallow, hate to say this but they will have this perception that if you don't care about your weight, you don't care about getting intimate with him and indirectly, you don't care about him, its simple as that.

And once have reached your goal, and you know damned well you look good, youl subconsciously want to look sexy, then comes along seductive moves. Don be afraid to show off your body, even sikit2 bulges pun takpe, its forgiven, you dah beranak, takkan nak expect body cam masa zaman sekolah kot. Atleast you manage to shred off some pounds, and that抯 good enough for a start.
My tips is if you still have your old clothes, the ones that you wore before gain weight, don throw them away. I personally had never stack away my old clothes. I would just keep them in the wardrobe, so, say, I gain a few pounds and I want to wear that green-striped polo shirt for eg, I would just wear it then when I look at the mirror, gosh..my tummy is showing up..euww gross! Then, youl know when you need to lose some weight.
One of the biggest mistakes that most women do is once they gain weight, they will quickly buy baju2 yg size Xl, then becomes XXL, XXXL and god knows what next. The next thing you know is that you are so damned fat, and horrible and can even go through your bathroom door. It's going to be a nightmare, ok? It really is. Its like youl be lazing around on your sofa and have this feeling of ok-and-so-I抦-fat-and-so-what-for-god-sake-just-hand-me-that-stupid-remote-control-and-chips. You know by then, you are at the end of the world.
