Citibank mmg agak susah nak increase limit....tp kalau payment lawa....constantly guna kad kredit without ada gap yg panjang ( tak guna cc pd satu tempoh yg lama )....so biasanya depa ni takder masalah nak increase LOC...cuma...ye lah....customer cc Citibank ni kan yg plaing ramai kat Malaysia ni....hehehehe |

aku pernah pakai ctbank ni. Tp masa dpt free 3 tahun je. Pas dah kena byr yuran tahunan aku terminate.
Pada aku, CTbank ni bagus. Masa kad aku kena klon, mereka siap tepon aku bagitau dan nasihatkan aku nak buat mcmmana, padahal, statement tak sampai lg pun.
Kalau ada apa2, kita call senang je jawab, pastu terus je settle masalah tu. Nak redeem pun senang, tak payah isi2 borang, tepon je dan tak lama pastu brg pun sampai. Kalau bank lain, kena fax atau pos borang, pastu berminggu2 baru sampai barang.
Yg tak bestnya, nak byr agak jauh. Aku terminate sbb mereka tak nak bg free yuran, kalau tak aku rasa aku masih pakai lg. |

my friend ni terkujat le, die bayo monthly ok le (katanye, tp die bayo min je tiap2 bulan)....
It never happen to me, so I tak tau ape nak advise, selain advised him to call ctbank officer.....
my Q, bleh ke ctbank buat gini? kalo die nak full settelment, nak suh my friend gi mane for help? I mean dr segi undang2 le...Legally, he is paying what he is suppose to pay...

my hubby tiap bulan byr min jer...smp skg takde masalah pun.. dah dekat 7 tahun pakai..dari classic..naik ke gold..limit pun dorang naikkan automatik.. maybe..ada la sebab musabah tu..cuba call customer service..
hingga kini..hubby lina puas hati la guna perkhidmatan cc citibank ni... lina tak de cc..mmg nak elakkan pun...tak mo berhutang... |

my friend called...die ckp ctbank monitor payment die selama 24mths...Die dah pegang kad Ct for almost 10 years....
According to him, many months terlambat bayar, bayar laks min...so, from there ctbank buat decision to terminate his cards. Lepas discuss dgn CBO, diorg buat full term loan for 3 yrs....err..rate I tak tau le pulak...
kire ok le...kan?settle....

lebih teruk kalau langsung x bayar pd bulan tu....bukan sekadra lambat bayar.....bayar min plak takder masalah langsung kalau tepat pd waktunya tetiap bulan.... |

Kena ingat gak skrg ni kalo just bayar minimum saja or tak buat full payment, every new transaction tu pun akan kena interest. Kalo dulu2 new transaction tak kena interest lagi, just balance from last month punye bill yg kita blom bayar. New rule since last year June ke bila ntah..tapi aku pun baru tahu few months ago huhu |

tapi every year mmg depa akan auto charge the annual fee....
tu pentingnya kita check statement bila tiba masanya....
kita call jer...then diorang akan reverse the charge.
but to those yg tak check & dispute.....selamat la.....citibank buat duit. he3 |

you are right......at least satu kene buat auto debit....mcm aku dulu....1st and 2nd year.....mmg tak bg derang waive kan annual fee tu...tahun ketiga derang advioce aku buat auto debit dan terus derang waivekan annual fee tu....tahun depannya masih derang charge tp hanya sekali call...terus derang waivekan....cuma kene tgk dan teliti monthly account statement tu ( skang ni aku buat e-statement thru e-mail ) ....lg senang nak pantau....baru2 ni aku call derang mintak waivekan....tak byk cakap....mereka hanya bgtahu suh tgk next statement...kalau masih ada...call je derang....
very convenient....kalau Bank lain agak payah skit... |
