Lorh jangn ler wat extreme diet...mkn cam biasa...rebus2...kurangkan qty..yg aku mkn pon semer yg berzat n bernutrisi..air tu kena minum bnykla..g pon aku dok umah..mmg bnyk bejln.kedepan kebelakng..dodoikan anak atas dukung.mmg gugur peluh betina hehehe..senaman secara x lgsng tuh...

Paling elok minum air suam...mmg bepeluh peluh sambil wat kejer best..separuh dr ari aku.adlh kat dapur..maka senang nak capai air...ni tgh beporem pon kek dapor nak siang ikan....tgh ari menu ku.sop sayok bayam letak tahu...ngn dado ayam

   air suam memang elok... ade sorang member aku lepas lunch je mesti minum air panas putih..elok untuk hilangkan segala minyak/lemak drpd food yg kita mkn td...mcm bersihkan sinki tersumbat dgn air hangat.....
cube la try boleh cepatkn proses metabolisme & u'll feel energetic too.

Breakfast -  
telur goreng 2 biji
sambal bilis
green tea satu mug
air mineral 1 botol besar

Lunch -
Ayam KFC 2 ketul (kantoi sebab makan kulit dia..huk huk huk)
coslow
air mineral 1 botol besar

Dinner
ikan keli goreng dua ketul
sayur pak choy goreng kicap
kacang buncis goreng telur


air mineral 1 botol..

~ Mode: kecewa gila!! ~

semalam aku gi jusco..pastu aku try timbang..
keputusan dia wat aku rasa kecewa...

30/3/2012 - 100kg
4/4/2012 - 99.7kg


selama 5 hari aku berdiet..berat aku juz turun 300gram je..
semalam mmg rasa nak putus asa...
tapi..aku kaji balik...:

faktor-faktor yang mungkin wat berat aku lambat turun:
- Miss P and hormon tak berapa stabil
- kurang exercise
- makan kulit ayam kfc semalam
- makan kuah lauk
- makan kicap

Ni antara kemungkinan yang aku rasa...rasa cam nak kene ubah lagi cara menu aku and kena EXERCISE!! EXERCISE!! EXERCISE!!

i pun buat atkins diet.. dah sebln stgh. dh turun 7 kilo. baju2 pun byk dh longgar. kalau buat atkins ni masa induction 2 weeks tu yg kena btul2 displin. i sarapan makan telur goreng, sausage(brand kimball, carbo 1.6 satu), salad. tghari i mkn salad dgn mayonis(brand kimball) dgn ayam or ikan bakar. mlm biasa i masak rebus sayur eg bayam,sawi dgn ayam bakar. masa induction tu 2 weeks i turun 4 kilo. skrang ni mcm slow sket turun tapi kadang2 berat tak turun tapi ukur lilit badan kurang. multivitamin dan air kosong jgn lupa..
