if peha besar x boleh buat squat saje
kena buat cardio juga...kasi buang lemak n squat for toning gitu

Takat wat freeloader or lightweight xder nk besar mana pun,  yg besar2 tu main superheavy...... wat squat dgn 150kg load,  tu baru la besar gabak
