Daun kesum takda Dar, yang ada daun pandan, daun pisang, bak choy, kari, serai, lengkuas, pegaga & kacang botol. Taugeh pun takda, so tiap kali nak makan kena plan dulu, sebab kena buat sendiri..

Bahan buat kek mana ada canggih, KL tu lagi beribu kali canggihnya. Ni yang buat meluap-luap nak balik sana

I ni masa belum ada anak berat 51kg. Sekarang berat between 53 - 55kg. Paling ideal 53kg. My mom kata bila umur dah meningkat jgn kurus sangat sebab bila dah tua nanti kecut je....

Kat sini kurang skit motivasi utk kuruskan badan sebab org sekeliling ramai yg debab2. Tapi I nak kena diet skit sebab my parents nak datang hujung bulan depan. Nak buktikan I masih boleh jaga badan......

Ingatkan sebab nak makan best time your mak kat sana...Macam I dulu, dah tau mak nak datang, memang I kurangkan berat badan sebab tau dia pandai masak dan hari-hari dia tukar menu kampung..bestnya kalau mak boleh datang sini..

Kat satu lagi forum yang I joined (untuk orang yang tinggal kat Qatar) semua orang complained yang memang berat badan diorang naik sejak tinggal kat sini. Problem sebab no activities..kerja..balik rumah & makan..hujung minggu pun sehari je cuti though not all lah macam tu. Everage diorang cerita berat diorang naik 5 kgs..so kiranya berat I ni still under kategory malu-malu kucing lagi

Yep...sampai takut nak naik weight machine dah...semangat berkobar2 pi gym sekarang nih. Nasib baik gym kat sebelah office je, bila lunch hour, I jalan kaki dari office. I think my American friends makes me bigger! Bila lunch je ajak pi makan luar....now I said no. Since I keje kat Austin I gained that 15kg. So I think I know the reason.

Hari ni nak pi kelas Soul Dance kat gym...depa ada buat total conditioning, latin and steps class. First time nak join. Selalu I pi lari and concentrate tang peha exercise...waaaaa tension ler, bila nak kurus balik ni.

Memang I tak berapa nampak naik, tapi baju lama banyak tak muat Semalam pi makan steamboat lagi.....ish ish.

As promised. Gambar dari dinner steamboat kat my friend's house. She did amazing job. Great setting, great food and we really enjoy it!
