Resepi Bom Bijan

Bahan utk kulit-
*Tepung pulut 1paket(500g)
*Tepung Gandum 1cwn
*Secubit Garam
*Air secukupnya
*Bijan Putih

Cara²-
Campurkan tpg pulut+tpg gandum+garam.Gaul rata kemudian tuangkan air sedikit demi sedikit.uli smpai doh xmelekat di besen.
Sebelum uli utk masukkn inti PASTIKAN TGN DILUMURKN DGN SEDIKIT MINYAK.ambil doh,masukkn inti kelapa,bulatkn dan gaulkn dgn bijan.
Bahan utk inti-
*Kelapa parut
*Gula Merah
*Gula Pasir
*Secubit Garam
*Sedikit Air
*Sedikit gandum

Cara²-
Letakkan sedikit air kedalam kuali,masukkn gula merah+gula pasir+garam..
Kacau hingga gula cair.masukkan kelapa parut.masak hingga warna kelapa menjadi sedikit gelap.taburkan 1 sudu besar gandum kemudian tutup api.
Ambil adunan td bulat2 kn bersama inti dan golekkn dlm bijan.lps siap sy letakkan dlm peti ais skjp.. biasanya 1 jam,Klau lama pun ok je(petua xnk bg meletup)
Cara goreng-
Buka api sederhana bsr.masukkn minyak.Apabila minyak sederhana panas masukkan kuih bom dan kecilkn api."PASTIKAN MINYAK TIDAK TERLALU PANAS SBLM MASUKKN BOM"
Selepas bom mula mengembang dan bertukar warna kacau kuih sehingga masak..

Rendang Bali

*Sekilo Daging ( top side campur yg ada urat n lemak sikit )
*5 ulas bawang merah kecil
*2 ulas bawang merah besar
*20biji cili api
* 5 ulas bawang putih
* 2sudu ketumbar , 2 sudu jintan manis , 2 sudu jintan putih , 3 sudu lada hitam , sangai n tumbuk halus , ( sudu kecil )
* halia dan lengkuas 3 btg serai
* 4 sekawan
* kemiri atau buah keras
* daun salam daun limau purut dan daun kunyit
* kerisik ( optional ) jimmy letak sbb makin sedap
* santan

Garam , gula , perasa , .. tumis semua bahan .. masukkan air dan masukkan daging . Biar mendidih .. kalau dah agak kering sikit masukkan santan pekat dan reneh .. masukkan kerisik .. kemudian taburkan hirisan daun kunyit .
