saya selalu bakar filling nya less than 8 min. kalau ikt achik punya, 5 minit aje. kalu bakar lebih mmg konfem retak (masa panas) dan bila dah sejuk filing jadi kecut.

cuba resepi ni....so far sy buat mmg rapuh...lagi garing lg sedap...pastu topping ikut achik yaya nyer....nyum2...sedapnyaa

untuk filling tart kalau sy buat nak bg gebu saya modified resepi masukkan 2 sb self rasiing flour or lebih sikit dr tu...supaya dia naik gebu n x jatuh melepek....nampak gebu sikit..

or ade jugak yg pakai resepi cheesecake...

Nk tya kepada pembuat cheese tart tegar, ade x guna equipment yg boleh membantu mempercepatkan proses wat kulit tuh, kalu ade, kt mana boleh dapatkan yerk, rasa x larat nk wat byk2 guna jari jemari..huhu..
