bowl of cooked green leafy vegetables
bowl of other cooked vegetables
1 bowl of raw vegetables
1 small apple/orange/pear
1 medium banana
small mango
1 small starfruit
1 large or 2 small kiwi
2 tablespoons of raisins
Rice, noodles, wholegrain bread, cereals and grains (1 serving to be consumed 5-8 times)
bowl of noodles
bowl of rice
2 slices of bread
4 plain biscuits
1 bowl of ready-to-eat cereal
6 tablespoons of instant oats
1 bowl of cooked cereal
1 bowl of rice porridge
Drink plenty of water each day (at least 6-8 glasses) - preferably plain water or fresh fruit and vegetable juice. Try to avoid or cut down on sweetened and carbonated drinks e.g. Colas. |
