aku exxagerate je lah tang mkn 10 kali sehari tu...heheh
ape yang aku nak sampaikan, aku mkn byk2 pon perut aku tak buncit..
ntah aku pon tak tau asal..
mungkin sebab aku selalu i toilet buang air kot?

tapi yang aku tau aku amalkan jangan minum directly lepas meal..
minum lepas 20-30 mins gitu..
sebabnye aku perhatikan yang buat kite buncit adalah air...
dan kalo minum directly lepas makan makin cepat nak buncit..
so biar makanan tu digest dulu, baru boleh minum air 5 baldi pon tak kesah...

ohh student rupanye.. cuba citer sikit hari2 makan apebende? curios nak tau.. mmg ada org dlm dunia nih jenis makan tak hingatt tp badan maintain jer.. maybe sbb metabollic rate semulajadi tinggi..

ade orang kate aku nye matabolic rate mmg naturally tinggi...
ade orang kate plak kene tunggu bile dah dewasa nanti baru akan nampak perubahan...

aku kalo ade skool mmg makan sket sebab kadang2 tu cam malas nak makan...hehe
usually makan nuggets gitu cuma skali skala nasi, bykkan sayur...
bile balik je aku makan byk...
segala2 yang bole aku taruk pat mulot aku, aku sumbat je...
kuih, nasi, mee macam2 lah yang ade....
tapi berpada2 lah...hahah

kalo takde skool and mak aku tak masak, aku mkn biskut2 keropok2 je yang ade, ataupun makanan semalam...
kalo die masak aku makan as per normal ah, tapi aku makan sket, as in aku tak mkn byk in one go...
aku mkn nasi sket2, pastu lagi 2-3 jam mkn lagi sket2 past lagi sket2...sumenye skte2 lah...hahah
kadang2 mlm waktu isya' gitu aku gi kedai mkn, mkn dessertssss....fuuuhhhh best!
usually aku balik dalm kol 11 gitu (lepak2 ah)...
pastu balik mkn nasi lagi...hehhe
pastu aku tunggu sampai aku gi toilet, lepas tu baru aku tido....hurhurhur

tapi aku jugak buat senaman...
alternate days aku buat weights + abs workout for ard 1 1/2 to 2 hours....
then gi jogging lepas tu....
kadang2 mlm2 baru gi jogging...

okey, thats make sense.. student (awal2 remaja) mmg metabolic rate tinggi.. semakin tua semakin mengurang..
pastu cara makan ko pon bukannye in one go.. jenis makan byk in small amount.. ko nyer cara nih mmg compliance ngan TNT diet...

buat abs exercise, dgn syarat body fat percentage kena rendah (10-15% maybe).. kalu byk lemak.. aper lagi gii ler lari..

betul jugak tu , kalau asyik diet tp x bersukan ...x guna gak....

kat kawasan perumahan aku banyak anjing..takut lak nak joging ptg2...
