Rooney pays for another jump
WAYNE ROONEY is an old romantic at heart.
He has paid for a jump for himself in the past.
Now the Manchester United star has coughed up for fianc閑 COLEEN McLOUGHLIN to be thrown from a plane at great height as her main Christmas present.
What a charmer.
The England ace has bought Coleen six parachuting lessons as part of a sky-diving course in the New Year in a bid to win a bet with his wife-to-be.
She boasted she had the bottle to jump out of a plane.
He bet her she hadn抰.
A source said: 揥ayne has been thinking about a good present for Coleen抯 Christmas for a while. She was having a laugh, boasting about how brave she is - and he was winding her up, saying she was a chicken at heart.
揅oleen said she had the bottle to do a parachute jump but Wayne wasn抰 having it.
揌e抯 got a course booked for her now so he抣l find out soon enough if she has the nerve.

揌e wanted to give it a try as well but Sir Alex Ferguson, his agent and his insurers might have something to say about it.擺/b]
It抯 all right for Wayne to lay down the gauntlet to his missus.
He would never be allowed to match her bravery because of those insurance demands which restrict top footballers from extreme sports.
DAVID BECKHAM has suffered a similar frustration - being banned from skiing and surfing in case he picks up an injury.
Coleen boarded a flight to New York yesterday, with no intention of any early sky-diving action, with her parents Colette and Tony. Col and Roo paid for the flights to America as part of their Christmas gift. It beats a pair of socks for him and bath salts for her.
Coleen is flying them out to the Big Apple to do their Christmas shopping before heading over to Las Vegas to see her pal RICKY HATTON抯 showdown fight with big-headed gobby yank FLOYD MAYWEATHER JNR tomorrow night. |
