Dan dan je nak tukar rules..nak suit dengan dia punya athlete:@
Aku expect Romania menang...tapi memang aku tgk, after Catalina Ponor punya batch (batch Athens 2004) semua gimnas Romania perform macam tak best je..skil pun dok ulang2 je..lagi satu sebab dah tukar coach..dulu coach dia Octavian Belu..tapi dah bersara |

klau dia bleh tukar penyanyi kecil tu last minute.. sure dorang bleh tukar rules in split second.
anyway dorang dah lobby since 1993... i bet mesti antara lobby olympic tu termasuk tukar age some athelets...
40 billion pound utk olympic.. tak mustahil ada duit sogok utk tukar rules juger to suit china.. i dah ingat2 lupa athens tp personally chinese walaupon berbudi bahasa lembut tp i do find shawn johnson lagi bagus... dia nampak very fit compared bebudak ingusan tu |

Akhirnya, gimnas kegemaran aku, Nastia Liukin memenangi emas individu keseluruhan..suka gila aku tengok floor excersie dia, sangat dramatik...rutin balance beam dia..wowee...overall, bodyline dia yang menyebabkan setiap pergerakan dia dalam gimnastik begitu cantik dan mantap...GO!! GO!! Nastia!!! |

tak silap italy ngan german hampir2 dah nak ke garisan penamat utk dpt gold.. about 200 metre gitu tetiba bot dorang capsize memula itali... pastu german nak potong bot itali.. tetiba german pon capsize!!!.. pastu juara dunia, Australia pon nak berebut tempat utk medal.. nak dekat2 ngan abis tetiba capsize juga hingga commentators tu ckp dlm sejarah sailing, nie la event yg tak bleh lupa sbb byk sgt bot yg terbalik .. gold winner Denmark lagi dramatic, bot terpaksa pinjam dr crotia pastu ada dua tiga kali capsized pastu depan finishing line capsized hingga dorang ingat dorang takkan menang tp dorg boleh recover.
usa n aussie langsung tak bleh recover hingga declare 'dnf' - do not finish- dan hancurkan harapan aussie utk menang emas. siannn
bot2 yg capsized td..
i think bot dr ozzy, usa, uk, italy, denmark, spanish, german capsize capsize lebih 2 kali.... mmg mencabar acara 49er nie... esp bila angin kuat dan laut bergelora

Anastasia "Nastia" Valeryevna Liukin (Russian: Анастасия "Настя" Валерьевна Люкина; born October 30, 1989) is a Russian-American artistic gymnast. The daughter of two former Soviet champion gymnasts, Olympic gold medalist Valeri Liukin and World Champion rhythmic gymnast Anna Kotchneva, Nastia Liukin was born in Moscow and moved to the United States as a young child. She began gymnastics after spending time in the gym while her parents coached. Liukin is coached by her father at the World Olympic Gymnastics Academy, her family's gymnastics club in Plano, Texas.

Anna Liukin (born Kotchneva) was born on January 25th 1970 in Moscow ( Russia). She started training in rhythmic gymnastics when she was 7 years old, inspired by Irina Derugina磗 gymnastics.
She trained hard and became a member of the Russian National team. Her career highlight was definately winning a gold medal in the World championships.
She was in the National team for four years (from 1985 to 1988).
She retired from gymnastics in 1988, missing OG through illness.
When Nastia was younger, her mother coached her.
Nastia said that her mother is always picking her floor music.
bapak dia..Valeri Liukin
Nastia磗 father, Valeri Liukin, was an elite gymnast.
Now, he is Nastia磗 coach on Level 10.
He was born on December 17th 1966 in Kazakhstan. He started gymnastics at age 7, following his brother in the sport. His favourite event was always the high bar.
He was first person on the Earth who did a triple back salto on floor exercise and also first who did a reverse hect full twist on high bar.
At his first Olympic Games in year 1988 he won a medal!
He retired from gymnastics in year 1993 following the Birmingham World Championships.
But he didn磘 retire totally! He became a great coach; in year 2000 and 2004 he won the International coach of the year award
