Bubur lambuk ttp cair sikit sebab saya suka mkn bubur nasi bnyk air. Yg sebelah tu sambal kicap. Saya perap bawang merah & cili dlm kicap campur dgn perahan limau kesturi.

eggplant tu rendam dgn ayaq garam sat. lepas tu brush dgn olive oil, lepas tu salt and pepper. lepas tu bakaq sampai 3/4 masak. pasta tu pulak, bg watery sket. resipi??!! hmm macam buat pasta besa cuma guna 3 jenis cheese. tex mex, mozarella, and swiss cheese

letak ikan bilis byk2 gan telur lagi, sedap gak

Cali,
hang macamlah tak tau buat kebab, lempar jer daging fresh ke dlm api....he he.
Pirakai tu macam murtabak, cuma intinya sayur kat sini guna "gandana" macam kucai, actually apa-apa sayur pun boleh. senang jer kan.

p/s: resepi ku kureng pandai, bedal jer yg pandei...

nazha,
rindunya kat awak, dah habis pantang ek. Kita memang baru jer sekarang join forum balik. sebelum ni tak dak internet access lah, computer rosak lah.

bende tu kalau tak nak berlendir, sebelum potong kecil-kecil kita basuh dulu. bila dah potong sebelum dimasak jangan basuh lagi, kalau basuh memang berlendir.

cara masak:

tumis bawang merah, bawang putih, halia yang telah dikisar.
kemudian bila dah naik bau, masukkan tomato yang dipotong dadu. tumis hingga naik minyak.
kemudian masukkan bende, kalau nak bende tu kekal warna hijau, jangan tutup masa masak.
kalau nak sedap, tambahlah masala ker, perencah ker, ikut suka.

sorry, pasal tulis resepi tak berapa nak pandai.....

Prawn tu makan ngan nasi. Kalau nak makan ngan pasta I rasa sprinkle grated parmesan ok kot.

Resepi nanti I karang and tepek kat sini ok...

kecur lidah tengok ikan salmon tu,nampak sedaaaap sangat. your recipes banyak yg seafood ek, kat sini mimpilah nak makan seafood, dah 4 tahun i tak hadap udang sotong semua tuh, ikan pun ikan sungai jer.....

Bercerita psl udang ni kan - hari tu tengok Ketuk2 Ramadhan. Sheila Rusly tunjuk udang masak asam. Entah apa nama masakan tu ttp simple. Udang lepas dibersihkan & dibuang tali kat belakang diperap dgn air asam jawa, gula & garam semalaman. Baru goreng garing. Terliur dah..........
