best filem tak sepertinya from the aspek jalan cerita je.... even though aku takderlah minat sgt avatar menang, tp aku takderlah tak puas hatig.... kalau base on jalan citer je, tu utk kategori adapted/original screenplay... best filem kena pikir teknikal, score, make up and semua2 lah..
kalau nak fikir jalan cerita, slumdog millionaire tu, original lah sgt.... kan.. udah2 lah tu, kutuk jalan cerita avatar tak original... so what? banyak lagi cerita yg tak original.. even filem yg pernah menang best film pun, some of it tak original... jalan cerita maybe sama, but dibuat from a different point of view, so, it's not that bad...
PS: respek other ppl opinion... if it's not your cup of tea, buat bourdowh sudah... |

i do respect other people's opinion provided that it's acceptable. and clearly you have to respect mine in return.
Slumdog Millionaire has momentum. although you can predict what will happen, but it's not as predictable as Avatar. if you dont get what i mean, dont bother.
i'm not saying Avatar is NOT a good movie or it's being unoriginal but it's cliche yang amat for a movie with that scale. for it to be a classic mcm titanic, i doubt so.
maybe for sci-fi lovers like yourself perhaps, the movie will. memang most people suka this movie sbb the CGI yang gah tu je.
i think the reason why filem tu menang best movie just because of the effort and hard work which have been put in. Dan jugak sebab James Cameron punya baby project. |

what i meant was ROTK was the first and the only fantasy film ever won Oscar... fantasy film memang bukan favourite utk menang, but it won regardless. if you think ROTK was superb (i think so too), ramai lagi critics yg tak suka ROTK menang ok, favourite was Lost in Translation then if i'm not mistaken.. it's not what you think, it's what the academy thinks. get over it. |
