Patutla rakyat bhutan happy. aku tau kat bhutan sebelum apa2 undang2 and polisi diluluskan mesti dinilai oleh Gross National Happiness Index Panel yg di setupkan oleh mantan raja bhutan sebelum ini iaitu ayahanda king jigme. Tujuannya supaya apa2 yg diluluskan membawa kesejahteraan dari segi emosi dan spirituality berbanding kekayaan material. |

29 March 2012: The King and Queen in front of their palace. Groups of people representing various sections of the Bhutanese society are invited every afternoon to the Lingkana Palace. Over a cup of tea, their Majesties grant audience, sharing personal stories, exchanging views and discuss current issues. In 2011, more than 20,000 people were invited to the Palace.

6 April, 2012: Her Majesty the Gyaltsuen inaugurated the Ability Bhutan Society today. The Ability Bhutan Society is a Public Benefit Organisation, which will support children who are physically challenged in leading meaningful, healthy and dignified lives as part of the community.

4 June, 2012: Their Majesties attended Namgay Tongchey and Neten Chudru prayers in the Thimphu Tashichhodzong on the occasion of the auspicious Duechhen Nga Zom. The prayers were conducted by the Central Monk Body and presided over by His Holiness the Je Khenpo. Their Majesties were joined by Cabinet Ministers and senior government officials at the Kuenray.

4 June 2012: In a simple ceremony at the Lingkana Palace, the heads of the armed forces, staff of His Majesty’s Secretariat and many Bhutanese taxi drivers led by the Taxi Association office bearers, gathered to wish Her Majesty Gyaltsuen Jetsun Pema Wangchuck on her birth anniversary.
Around 40 taxi drivers offered Tashi Khaddar (white scarves) to the Gyaltsuen. According to the taxi association, the members felt both privileged and humbled to be given the opportunity to wish Her Majesty.
They offered prayers for her long life and happiness.
Her Majesty granted audience and high tea.
