mee lagi tinggi kalori..boleh check dekat cekodok.com or sususejat untuk kalori makanan, better ambil nasi putih segenggam..kalau ada duit lebih boleh pakai brown rice

ko masih maintain 49? ko tau kan, cita2 aku nak experiment apply makan tak senam selepas diet makan n senam 5 bulan lebih ni..ari tu aku sakit kaki terhencut hencut..sbb skipping sejam..siap g ngurut..so mc la senam 10 hari..makan pn 5 hari ok, 5 hari extra 200kcal..bila dah sepuluh hari..berat aku turun 0.6kg wpn x senam..oh yea~~~ kagum plak kat diri sendiri( tepuk2 bahu sendiri)

am at 50.2kg now yeahhh haha..saya rasa saya kena settle dekat range 50 la, cannot go down. goal dulu 45 kan, ni org sekeliling bising kurus pulak dah. adik lelaki saya tegur (he went back once in a while sbb duduk hostel and he's into fitness too) but aritu balik dia tegur he said kenapa dah takde isi siap pegang bahu and mentioned "tulang, tulang" haha psiko sangat

but seriously susah sangat nak naik 1kg tu even bersenam seminggu sekali aje tu pon 23mins session and makan tak control. i literally ate everything before my eyes now. on 23rd january i was at 49.6kg, seems like saya naik 0.6kg je after a month makan macam2. looks like sekarang makan banyak pon susah nak naik haha padahal saya makan cakes, ice-cream, smlm makan zinger burger..tadi lepas lunch bantai 5 scopes ice cream nyum3

saya sekarang buat HIIT je 23mins..klu rasa macam gemuk sikit buat 2 kali seminggu, kalau rasa kurus sikit buat sekali seminggu ekeke tanak kurus la nanti kang hilang sume..(youknowwhatimean)

saiko gila adik ko btw, aku kan lurveeee tredmill so much, sampai my coach..kawan aku tu bebel, suruh aku buat regangan jgk..yg angkat2 berat tu la..dia ckp aku gigih tredmill saje nanti jd rangka

baru2 ni jumpa my bestfriend..dia ckp 'aah ko dah kurus tapi pipi chubby lagi'..taktau kutuk ke puji 2 dlm 1 kutgrup wasap aku ngumpat psl aku..ckp aku nak kawin,eksesais gigih ni diorg ajak jumpa..since aku duk hulu, diorg semua duk kl, aku cakap nanti aku kurus la..aku masih ada 8kg lagi nak capai wawasan 49ku.., pastu duk la ckp sila pakai kebaya ketat, jeans ketat nk show off body bila jumpa nanti aku senang je..bak adiah baju2..cakap je tarak guna diorg komen sbb aku masih maintain dgn baju gelebehku nak tunggu baju kurung less than 10..baru nak beli baju baru

aku pn nak try cara ko (2 kali seminggu je hiit)bila nak maintain nanti..3 bulan dr sekarang aku hello2 ko kat PM,ko jgn ilang pulak dr forum ni.. wait for me babeh to join ur club x sabar nak abis pantang ni akak aku tnya aku ngidam pe abis pantang, aku ckp xde pape..memang pn sbb semua aku makan jgk masa diet..cuma aku ckp nak dia buatkan aku kek sebijik pastu makan sorg2 sekaligus depan tv

yeah come on girl..8kg tu approximately less than 2 months boleh hilang in syaa Allah or maybe less than that if u work harder..and another tips, please beli baju2 and especially seluar once you reached your target weight and dah takde niat nak turun2 lagi. kalau tak membazir sangat2 seriously huwaa

eh anyway, betul kawan awak advice tu..kena buat weight training jugak untuk toned up muscles sikit..takyah berat2, yang dumbell ringan sudah. HIIT tu bagus untuk bakar lemak jugak tau and it has afterburn effect yeah ..saya buat 23mins session je tapi berpeluh macam berlari sejam..first day buat terasa pancit sangat, ingat dah fit la kan, sekali sedeh hahaha

Haha..biasa turun 2-3kg je sebulan..masa bulan ke2 je 5kg..sbb masa tu start hiit..mungkin jgk sbb skrg x gigih mcm dulu..bgn awal dulu gigih senam dulu..skrg senam sblm tdo je..ok la sbb konsisten..even 10hari tinggal pn rasa pelik je x senam..chewah..kekeke..so sbb turun berat wpn x senam disebabkn metabolisma naik dn after burn efek ek? Kwn aku pn ckp camtu..aku malas buat weight training sbb lambat berpeluh..pastu mcm senang tredmill sbb peluh cepat kuar..wpn actually kena alert heart rate,bukannya peluh...kekeke..ko kenangan pahit sgt ke baju2 tu,kekeke? Stat beli baju masa,lost brapa kg?lagi satu kn,blh tak nk stat weight training aka dumbell tu masa dh nk dekat 49,time nk tinggal 2,3kg lagi..area aku ni hulu skit..dumbell pn yg jenis bulky je..guna botol air je..tragis btl..nk g kl beli dumbell naik bas..mcm gigih sgt..wakaka..ko ada dumbell? yela dulu gelojoh..baru turun sikit beli seluar la especially, baju tak sangat. boleh kata every months beli, tapi dapat pakai sekejap je..masuk next month nya dah longgar..last2 dok buat pekasam dalam almari huhu pembaziran betul

saya pon actually buat weight training lambat dulu..memang pulun eclipse trainer je sampai la saya rasa bosan dan rasa benda tu dah tak challenge sangat baru saya tukar pi weight training. in before, baru cycle 30mins dah berpeluh sakan..makin lama makin static and sampai satu stage tu, saya cycle dah sejam tapi peluh macam malu2 nak keluar..so i assume it's the time i shall change my routines. lepas dari tu saya guna pemberat plk..guna dumbell 2kg each je..mmg tak larat la kan nak berat2..figured out bila buat weight training tu, my body fat percentage has reduced relatively fast.

memang kalau dah biasa workout takleh tinggal lama2 kan..diri sendiri rasa tak best, rasa mcm ada benda tak kena cewah hehehe

oh kalau takde dumbell takpe, guna botol air for the time being..kena pandai2 la kan..in fact, fitness video yang saya follow kat youtube pon, diorang soh user guna botol air je, jimat katanya. lain la kalau nak training betul2 cam athlete tu lain la kan. ni just nak stay healthy and fit je so guna je any resources yang ada hehe

wah..ko ckp body fat reduce..aku semangat balik nk buat..hehehe..tau tak..ari tu aku isi balik botol mineral jd dumbell,pastu lama tinggal senaman  mineral,satu ari tu beralih kedudukan sbb ayh alih..aku lupa..aku g minum air paip dlm botol tu..sob3..sbb x buat tanda...kekeke..oh..ko g gym ke ? Brapa bodyfat ko..aku nk jdkn benchmark..hahaha..Aku teringin nk cek bodyfat sbb x pnh cek..kawan aku kn g gym..dia pnh tunjuk kertas yg kira bodyfat n body age..even dia dh maintain n regularly g gym weekdays,body age dia skrg pn still +9 dr umur dia.huhu..aku teringin nk tau bodyfat n body age..tp karang stress plk..sob3..ekekeke Last edited by tiramisuu on 24-2-2014 08:27 PM

body fat percentage sekarang 28.1% .. plan nak turun sampai 25% je tanak kurang dari tu..previously body fat saya 38% before started workout setahun yang lepas huhu ..sekarang ni focus kat peha ngan perut je, lengan dah ngam dah

body age tak pernah buat lagi..boleh buat kat mana eh? body fat percentage tu saya boleh measure sebab guna tanita weighing scale, ada option body fat and water percentage..tengok chart bawah ni..saya lagi 1% nak masuk obese weh huu seb baik

lepas boring beskal, saya focus more on weight training and other cardio routines. sesekali je buat beskal tu pon kejap je agak2 30mins tak kuar peluh, saya buka video fitnessblender tu and start doing it. kettleball training pon saya buat, yang ni memang berpeluh gila2..sebab dia mixture of cardio dengan beban. saya perasan, waktu buat weight training..body fat memang turun laju but don't be surprised kalau berat naik time ni..bukan berat lemak tu, berat muscles hehe

Ooo..ko varietykn senaman..aku x byk tukar senaman sbb aku suka tredmill duk dpn tv..tgk cte senam pn abis..klau senaman lain mcm segan je buat dpn ahli famili lain dpn tv..buat dlm bilik boring..haha..nnt capai 55 aku nk buat la weight training n pokus pd muscle..so klau naik berat xde la meraung..ni nk cecah angka 5 pn dh hepi gila selepas merentas angka dr 80 ke 60..ala2 naik train merentasi semua angka gitu..kekeke..klau berat naik ke angka 60 balik..mau aku meraung balik.wakaka..kwn aku tu cek guna mesin kt gym..senang la..ko check manual ke cmne body fat tu? haha alaa takyah la meraung..sebab yang naik tu muscles..bila ada muscles we'll look more leaner tau sebabnya body fat rendah..tapi takpe, slow2 buat..step by step gitu

oh no wonder la tiramisu boleh layan treadmill lama2, depan tv rupanya..saya punya eclipse trainer mengadap tingkap..time buat tu just sumbat telinga dengan earphone, dengar lagu sambil diseru angin sepoi2 bahasa..boring gila haha. bila start weight training dengan cardio routines tu, memang saya buat dalam bilik sorang2. abah saya la nanti dia tegur "hah tu buat apa tu, bunyi apa tu ??! ..melompat la tu!" hak3..tapi lama2 dia pon da terbiasa dengar..dia aware la klu bising2 tu, saya tengah senam haha

pastu the day i reached 49.8kg time tu (asal ada 4 kat depan haha) terus amik phone and snap okay..tanak lepaskan peluang wahahaha..kembang kempis idung rasa terharu dengan diri sendiri..never know i can patiently wait and be consistent with workout routines (yela, sebelum2 tu kan dok baca and tengok AFTER pics orang dekat kevinzahri.com je) never know i can actually made it..yeay alhamdulillah

Hahaha..kwn aku my coach tu dulu rajin suruh aku report berat..siap ckp..klau angka cthnya 49.5-49.9..dikira sbg 50..wakaka..x sabar aku nk capai 49.9..sobs..kenduri kek gamaknya aku malam tu..esok pg timbang balik naik cecah 50..wakaka..aku pnh try dgr lagu..x blh la..sbb aku suka lagu lemau2 luar waktu senam.bila dgr utk senam..bdn pn jd lemau..hihi..aku layan je tv..iklan layan,bola layan..wpn x suka..sbb nk alih perhatian pd senam..klau pokus senam..sure pikir bila nk abis ni..letih x larat etc..nasib baik gk sbb  ada space utk ltk tredmill kat tv..beskal pn ada..letak kat dapo..tp tgk tv kat dapo insap skit..rancangan agama gitu..hehe..lg satu,aku naik beskal statik slow je kalori naik..aku geram..hahaha...pdhl sndr semput nk hiit guna beskal..wakaka
