We all beli sausages dari halal butcher je. Mmg tak pernah beli kat supermarket. Diaorg buat pakai articial casing. Tapi yg pakai casing dari perut kambing tu pun sedap gak. Dia bila makan a bit crunchy.

Inshallah, I akan cuba. Not sure bila lah sbb baru je minggu lepas buat lasagne. Lasagne ni mmg staple diet utk kitaorg kat rumah. I suka buat yg gini sbb I boleh 'hide' veges dlm meatsauce. Kalau tak my son mmg fussy.

Hashbrown ni senang nak buat kat rumah.

All you need :
Kentang, grated
Garam

Bila dah grated kentang, you letak perasa. Gaul rata2. Lepas tu you ambil segumpal atau sekelompok dan letak dlm pinggan. Tak cantik pun tak pe, just nak asing2 kan siang. Dan microwave selama 3 minit.

Lepas 3 minit, kentang tu dah dekat2 masak. You shape kan dia bentuk hash atau I bulat2 kan dan leper kan dan goreng.

Wallaaa.... jadilah hashbrown buatan sendiri.

mallan, kalo kat mesia ni nak beli kentang jenis apa...holand punya ke..perasa tu garam+pepper aje ke..mcm bes jek tgk hasbrown tuh

mallan, nazha takpandai la shoot makanan pakai ixus..guna setting pe ek..bila shoot nampak besa jek..tak le nampak sebijik2 nasi tuh..kena shoot dekat2 heh

I kat sini pakai apa pun jenis kentang. Hari ni I pakai kentang yg kulit purple tu. Mmg setengah kentang elok for roasting dan setengah elok for boiling/mashing. Tapi disbbkan resipi ni kira2 pakai dua2 cara, apa kentang pun gasaklah. Kalau dulu kat msia I selalu pakai russet, beli kat cold storage atau kat carrefour.

Minyaknye pulak, bukan mcm deepfrying. Maybe macam goreng telor mata kerbau nak kasi garing tu. Tak tutup kentang you tapi still boleh goreng half of the ketinggian. Banyak mana boleh masak, terpulang kepd kebesaran you hashbrown tu. I buat kecik2 dlm kuali kecik dptlah 4-5 ketol. Kalau you nak buat besar McD punya, I think dua boleh masuk.

Kalau you nak closeup shot your gambar, you kena pakai macro punya selection. Yg icon dia gambar bunga tu. Yg tu you really boleh ambik dekat2 sampai biji beras sebiji2 boleh nampak. Tapi utk yg tu, lighting mesti elok. Kalau tak gambar tak terang dan clear. Selalunye I kalau pakai yg tu, I ambik gambar dkt ngan tingkap my house dan kalau gelap, habis semua lampu I pasang.

Tu saja penerangan buat kali ni.

ooo kalo russet tu penah tgk ada gak kat carrefour..oo pakai macro heh...nanti balik buat ekperimen laa...tapi minggu ni mcm takde sesi masakan jek..hheheh bz sikitla minggu ni..hubby nak diet la pulak.tak kasi masak...
anyway TQ penerangan anda pada kali ni.... kalo nazha leh kasi pinat, mallan masuk list tauuuu...

Dia tau nazha. Sbb I selalu ckp kat dia. Tapi mmg dah keturunan. Mak dia pun besar, uncle dia mmg giant. Tgk je lah Omar I tu. Mkn mmg tak banyak dan memilih lak tu, tapi memang dah keturunan.

My camera olympus ada extra zoom -- kalau guna flash sure ada black spot dlm gambar. Jadi kenalah guna my sony bila ambil gambar dinner sebab flash sony tak ada masalah.

Hiro, itu nampak macam bayang lense masa you ambil gambar guna flash.  Cuba jangan guna flash bila you  nak ambik gambar dari atas but you need to be very stable because the shutter takes a longer time to close( depending on the light )

Also dari gambar tu nampak juga angle which you took the pictures lebih kurang 45 degrees. Try 90 degrees.(directly from top) also you can try placing a lamp or have bright lights depan object. Or better still ambil gambar tepi tingkap.
