Cali...breakfast casserole tu I dapat recipi dalam allrecipes.com...of course telur, daging ayam potong kecik2, sayur-sayur, milk, mushrooms, chopped onions and few other things. I dah lupa which one kat allrecipe I guna, you boleh pi website depa and type breakfast casserole or eggs casserole...memang sedap
Croissant tu I guna instant Pillsbury Croissant kat supermarket. Kat dalam dia I letak inti hotdog racik halus, bawang besar racik halus, bawang putih sikit, sayur sikit and about 1/4 of creamcheese. Goreng semua bahan tadi with very little oil, bila dah suam, masukkan creamcheese tadi hingga sebati. Lepas tu letak kat croissant dan gulung...bake as instruct....yummy! |

I pun rasa itu bayang dari lense sebab Hiro ambik terlalu dekat. Dulu masa my hb ajar guna dia punya Konika Minolta pun I ada buat macam ni jugak, so dia ajar I duduk belakang sikit dan zoomkan the object as near as possible. Dan kalau boleh gunakan natural light. Tapi kalau ambik gambar malam susahlah sikit. |

I buat pun sebab masa tu stock ready made tarlets kat supermarket tu dah habis. So datanglah idea nak buat tarlet cases sdn bhd. You should try but do not essemble the tart and filling untill the day you nak makan sebab nanti tart tu soften dan tak crunchy. |

Hari ni busy day, miss Louisa punya birthday, dia dah mintak heart shaped cake (perasa banana & chocolate topping), crab meat soup dengan nasi kosong.
Malam nanti baru buat sebab daddy balik kerja lambat..so tomorrow I akan paste gambar kek kat sini (something simple aje)

Betul Cali cakap tu. I guna pie pan yg loose bottom. Boleh tolak dari bawah je. Btw, the pastry tu I guna digestive biscuits, sugar and melted butter.
Pastikan pie/tart pastry dan filling tu betul2 set sebelum keluarkan dari acuan. Simpan dalam fridge at least 2 hours lepas taruk filling. Kalau tak nanti pastry pecah dan filling pulak lembik. |

Loose bottom pie pan ni memang convinientkan. Kat sini I takda, kat paris ada 2..
I yang tengok gambar you punya blueberry cheese tart ni pun memang terliur. Apakan pulak orang yang dapat makan kat sana tu. |
