~ Mode : Update Menu Reinduction Hari Kedua (31/5/2012) ~

* BREAKFAST - Telur rebus
* LUNCH - Ayam goreng + telur dadar  + sayur bayam
* DINNER - Tomyam sayur + fish cake
* MINUM - Satu mug green tea time lunch + air putih +- 3 liter
* EXERCISE - Jalan kaki 2km pergi pasar malam ( masa ni mmg tergoda gila bila tengok banyak makanan sedap-sedap..tapi aku beli sayur-sayuran saja
* KOMEN PERIBADI - ada kantoi sikit bila aku rasa air soya gula merah adik aku punya..tapi sikit je..hopefully spoiled banyak sgt..huhuhu

cik siti, ko brekpes mkn telur rebus je eh?aku ni ada pblem tak lalu nk mkn telur sahaja tnpa ada pape..
kalo tghari mlm tu aku tak ksh sgt byk jgk choicenya..

aku tak suka telur rebus,lgsung tak bleh telan..
so aku mkn telur goreng ngan roti breaktru tu, 2 slice 14.5g je karbo..bleh tak?

  ala kalo telur selain rebus pun boleh..aku prefer telur rebus sbb aku rasa telur rebus kenyang sikit dr telur goreng walopun kuantiti same...boley??haha..pasal roti tu aku xsure...tapi menurut sifu xleh..ko try je tngok penurunan cam ne nnti..kalo banyak kire ok la kot..kalo mcm lemau jek...ha...maknenye jgn ambik dah=)

tu le,masalahnya aku ni tak mampu nk mkn telur tu semata2 tnpa bnda lain,cthnya telur goreng saja walaupun letak mayonis aku tak bleh nk telan,dh try tp tak bleh,salad pun aku tak mkn..skang ni kalo terpksa ayam goreng je la aku bedal pg2 sbb kedai mkn dkt opis aku ni die masak lauk awal2..ko mkn apa brekfes td?

minggu kedua aku berdiet... sampai2 jer kat kpg, mcm biasa aku kejar scale..
minggu lepas 63 (ekceli 62.9 tp kira 63 lg senang)
pg ni 61.9kg tp aku kira 62 kg..


dgn keadaan kesihatan yg tak menentu ni dpt turun 1 kg (2kg-2minggu) tu rasa mcm seronok sgt..maklumlah takleh nak berdiet sgt lbh2 lg bila tekak ni sakit & rasa panas terpaksalah ngadap aiskerim utk kurangkan rasa perit tekak ...
harap2 cepatlah sembuh sakit tekak nih..
