like that erk..aku hingat GM should focus on issue yg lagi penting..hal2 camnie leh serah kat HR or Manager2 bawahan dia yg lain..dia leh dpt feedback dari diorg tanpa perlu communicate directly ngan staff..

GM baru erk...nak wat PR (Public Relations) ler tuh.. almaklum masih baru..tu semua standard...

hehe..kdg2 GM omputih pun sama gak tak bole pakai...part2 PR..mengampu boss, dia memang tiptop tapi part kerja ntahapaapantah..nak wat simple decision pun tak reti..

Tak tau plak tugas GM ni sebenarnya apa.. But the previous GM he doesn't take petty things into account. And even dia nak clear some matters dia pegi directly kat kita and cara dia yang very approachable makes people yg ditegur tu pon rasa at ease. Cara dia treat members club ni pon, he does everything right to seating them and kasi menu wen members masuk restaurant.. Dah macam all-rounder gitu. Then again, lain orang lain cara rite...

Onli i find pelik lah, D&D pon ni new GM nak tahu knape.. Fatz mungkin betul, mebbe coz dia baru join the company so dia pon nak tahu if the culture here tak united ke, pemalas ke, etc. But wat I heard from my boss, the reason why most absentees didn't attend was becoz the next day keje working hours as per norm.... Only recreational staff(organizers) aje yg dapat masuk keje lambat...

I realize smlm masa I lift smlm I diri sbelah GM, bau dia mcm busuk semacam..tak tau mcm mana nak describe....

The previous GM masa GM's Hi-Tea kept stressing to us all that tis is a family club.. Then my boss bisik, "GM trying to stres the new GM that tis is a family club, not one that makes money, pooling income..." I do notice that si GM baru ni dia mcm kedekut semacam... Pro shoots are a must for certain magazine photos tapi dia insist me & my collegue buat so that can save $350.. thing is, kita takde equipment, gambar gelap nanti siapa yang bising.........

And this is what he said.  Last week was my birthday and I didn't feel very well waking up that morning. I went downstairs for breakfast hoping my wife would be pleasant and say, "Happy birthday!", and possibly have a present for me.  As it turned out, she barely said good morning, let alone "Happy birthday".  I thought... well, that's marriage for you, but the kids will remember. My kids ate breakfast and didn't say a word.  So when I left for the office, I was feeling pretty low and somewhat despondent.  As I walked into my office, my secretary, Jane said, "Good morning boss, happy birthday!" It felt a little better that at least someone had remembered.  I worked until one o'clock and then Jane knocked on my door and said, "You know, it's such a beautiful day outside, and it's your birthday, let's go out to lunch, just you and me".  I said, "Thanks Jane, that's the greatest thing I've heard all day. Let's go!"  We went to lunch. But we didn't go where we normally would go. We dined instead at a little place with a private table. We had two martinis each and I enjoyed the meal tremendously.  On the way back to the office, Jane said, "You know, it's such a beautiful day... We don't need to go back to the office, do we?"  I responded, "I guess not. What do you have in mind?"  She said, "Let's go to my apartment".   After arriving at her apartment Jane turned to me and said, "Boss, if you don't mind, I'm going to step into the bedroom for a moment. I'll be right back".  揙K", I nervously replied.  She went into the bedroom and, after a couple of minutes, she came out carrying a huge birthday cake... followed by my wife, kids, and dozens of my friends and co-workers, all singing "Happy Birthday".  And I just sat there...  On the couch...  Naked...
