ooo tak pe.. yg saya drop nama tu org yg tak aktif n dua minggu berturut2 tak update, ms green ni aktif update tiap2 minggu, saya tak delete la

tahniah u dah turun -2.9kg bulan ni, achieve 83% of target. well done!!

i nak join jugak la..... tp i ni jenis kejap ada, kejap xda la, cm biskut chipsmore
ekceli lps abes pose 6 aritu dah start diet... mkn nasi skali 1ari n limited to 1senduk je
xtau la ada turun ke x, sbb xtimbang pon.. tp smlm jumpa kwn yg dah 2-3minggu xjumpa dia cakap i dah nampak kurus sket.... sonoknyee

ekceli nak comine diet n exercise.... diet dah start n run smoothly
tp exercise ni ntah bile nak start. tiap2 kames mmg g main badminton.
so esok bley la consider as exercise kick start

    takde pun lagipun dah sebulan tak pegi gym sebab bz sangat dengan assignment...letih betul semester ni.bila dah letih gitu,makanan pun dah mula tak jaga lah.asal kenyang je sudah.kadang2 makan karipap segera je,biskut dan air manis.makanan yang lengkap zat tu memang jarang sekali.seminggu sekali je kot.air mineral pun dah jarang minum macam dulu.masih gak ada minum cuma kuantiti yang kurang berbanding puasa dulu.

adeh tak sabarnya nak abis sem ni,baru boleh makan benda normal balik huuhu

    masukkan nama sy ya untuk next challenge minggu depan.seronok dan bersemangat sikit nak turunkan berat badan bila kena repot.kalau tak selalu skip diet.

auntie, bagus banyak ke toilet..sy letak botol 1 liter kat atas meja ofis..nak tido pun letak botol tu kat tepi katil..so bila bangun malam untuk susukan anak, sy minum air..

kalo banyak minum air n banyak ke toilet, tu tanda badan kita tak dehydrate n organ dalam badan berfungsi dengan sewajarnya..

berat minggu ni naik pulak..67 kg..
dah agak dah..berat ni mmg dah berminggu tak stabil..
turun naik, turun naik..
air minum mmg dah byk tiap2 ari - at least 3 liter..
makan nasik sekali sehari..kuantiti pon sket je...amek shake mostly 2 kali sehari..
tak tau what went wrong..cumanya mmg sy baru je abes period....bloated kot...

   Huii sggh gigih aunti tak mkn nasik sebulan.
Tahniah lah buleh tahan nafsu.. saya tak buleh aa.
Pernah buat masa duk KL.. sabtu ahad je mkn nasik selama 3 4bln jgk la.. hari kerja mmg tak mkn,
mmg la turun sikit pastu mls pulak sbb sy cpt tergoda dgn lauk2 yg best tu

And now tiap2 hari mmg mkn nasik.
Pg2 dah sumbat nasik berlauk haha

kena bagi komitmen tau, update berat setiap selasa.. klu jadi nk join bagi berat terkini, tinggi n berat target..

i think tak makan nasik ni weight memng cepat turun.. i cube kurangkan nasi mase pose dah, weight dah turun from 45/46 to 43+. tapi other carbs i rembat je, seperti roti, bagels, pasta dll. tapi mlm memng tak mkn carbs. minum sup je, n kalau lapo gak i 'cheat' mkn choc yg low calorie. alhamdulilah weight still maintain smpai la ni..
