heran eh....   aku agak untuk sporeans kalo dah gi holiday, jangan $2 la, kalo $5 or more kasi tips pun willing.

Tapi ni dorang dapat much less than that, reaksi dorang cam the money very very big.

i didn't take the kereta kuda...lombok look rustic,very laid back.
macam a place where time stood still.

i went to this market called KEBUN ROEK......kat entrance pasar....
kereta kuda tengah tunggu passenger.deaf,i've never seen anything like this before.i would like to go again kalo ada cheap tickets on offer.

the fishing village is an eye opener too.nanti i paste gambar tonight.

i called my friend in bali.i told him i will be in lombok.
dia orang susah...i felt humbled he took the 5 hour ferry to see me.

i brought 22 kgs of clothes,toys,shoes,books  and bags for his family.i seram dia nak angkat susah,so i bought extra haversack kat lombok.

i bought him an $11 casio watch in singapore..when we met at the lobby we talk and chit chat.i gave him the watch and he said.....



pak...saya rasa kekok....saya tidak pernah punyai jam sa umur hidup saya.
kagum pak...saorang supir punyai jam.



he drives only when there is guests kat hotel.dia macam contract driver gitu.


he told me he left home at 2 am on friday and he reached lombok at around 11 a.m ....with rough sea...ferry journey lebih slow.he was close to tears when we said good bye....

ni puffer fish....ni ikan tak boleh di makan.after this photo was taken,the fish was thrown back to the sea.

the belacan they sell,they tarok on the table...it is as big as a block of ice.
i think more than 10 kilo for a block...first time i saw such sight...smell pun power.......
