New signing Mineiro has been handed the number 27 shirt after completing his move yesterday.
The Brazilian completes the squad list, which also sees numbers foryoungsters Miroslav Stoch and Michael Mancienne, both on the bench lastnight at Portsmouth.

CHELSEA STATS
The Blues are on the longest current unbeaten run in the Barclays Premier League of 26 (18 wins and eight draws) matches since the defeat at the Emirates in December - our only loss in 36. We remain the only top flight club yet to lose a league game in 2008.
Frank Lampard's two goals at Fratton Park mean he has netted nine goals in his last seven Carling Cup matches. Seven of his 115 Chelsea goals have been scored against Portsmouth.
Chelsea have not lost when scoring first in the Premier League since the 1-2 defeat at Tottenham in November 2006.
We have scored in each of the last 17 Premier League matches, since a goalless draw at home to Liverpool in February.

NEWSFLASH: JOE OUT OF STOKE CLASH

Luiz Felipe Scolari has ruled Joe Cole out of Saturday's game at Stoke with a minor injury.
The winger will not travel to the Potteries, remaining behind at Cobham for treatment along with team-mates Ricardo Carvalho and Deco.
'Deco works with the medical staff and Carvalho the same, and today Joe Cole felt again his injury, so he will not go tomorrow. 21 days is the time for Deco and Carvalho. Joe Cole will be two or three days,' Scolari said. |
